I had pressed the button join and I realized that I can not talk to either of these workers for Adobe.

I want to ask them because I can not turn off or connect to my old computer because it has been damaged.

I would like to re - activate in my new computer.

Can someone help me with this please? and also why can not I chat with anyone even if there is an icon?
