  I had a problem similar to yours. I think (and I said) that it is not a good practice for autoSubmit = "true" in many areas. You even not the disadvantage that if you try to change the fields too fast that they be emptied... As well, the view is suspended for a second while submitting.   But when trying to call apex_lang.update_translated_string from an application (with or without the security_group_id) APEX, nothing happens. No error message, the process is complete, but the string in the filing of the translation has not changed. Same effect for other api call that I mentioned.   Dear Mr. Rokitta,

  I tested myself on apex.oracle.com just now, and I had no problem using your anonymous PL/SQL block to update the chain of my filing of translation.  It worked successfully to these two SQL commands in SQL Workshop and also inside an APEX application running.  I also looked at the underlying code, and it's so simple - also long the security_group_id is set correctly, the specified ID is valid and the language code is the code of language of the APEX_APPLICATION_TRANS_REPOS chain, the update should go ahead.

  If set you a test on apex.oracle.com case where this would have been does not work, I would be happy to take a look.

  Do not export data, you must set the target value to IGNORE

  To capture entities null (empty), you have the mapping, but it works only with whitespaces channels not empty...

  However, you have several ways to achieve what you want according to your needs. For example:

  -Option 1: create a script to import then empty entities are imported as white space and then use the mapping of (see details in the Administrator's guide) to map to IGNORE

  -Option 2: create mappings for the valid entities, and then create a mapping rule that maps to IGNORE (this mapping rule is performed last)

  -Option 3: skip lines with an empty entity in the import format. Then these lines will not be imported in FDM so you don't need to map...

  I have deployed Oracle P6 Analytics v1.0 on Oracle BI 11.1.1.3. I am interested in the analysis of the provided repository file sample (OraclePrimaveraP6Analytics.rpd). When I try to open it using the tool of Administration of BI me it requires the password of the RPD. DC I found no matter where I put a dummy and following error appers:

Make sure that ORACLE_INSTANCE is oriented to a valid instance directory.

  I am facing a problem in restoring Informatica repository (Oracle_BI_DW_DEV).
  I installed OBIEE 10.1.3.4 and OLIVIER 7.9.6.1. Installation has been successful with errors. I also installed informatica 8.1.1 on my Xp machine.
  For restored Informatica repository I copied the .rep OracleBI folder file and pasted into backupfolder Infomatica.
  When I try to restore the Informatica repository I got the following error.
