  Use CTRL + A to select all the contents of the message.  Then use Ctrl + C to copy the content, and then use Ctrl + V to paste.

  I use a Deskjet 3050 a all-in-One (J611j) on a MacBook Pro (OS Lion X 10.7.2).)

  The HP "Scan task" utility settings are for photos of 4 x 6 by default. I'm in change the setting and change the preset 'documents' and setting the orientation of the document on the scanner, etc. When I click OK, the utility freezes and crashes, and then I get a dialog box indicating "Utility HP close unexpectedly" with many details. Basic information provided seems to be this:

  I have just installed a printer software update that showed this morning (after that installation one last night that the site HP said was released about 4 days ago). No upgrade makes no difference. The accident occurred at least 12 times and in fact occurs regardless of what (if any) the settings change when I change the scan tasks. The problem seems to be just with the tasks scan editing interface.

  In addition to solving this problem so that I can scan a document of 8.5 x 11 (instead of only to get the section of 4 x 6 of the document, which is pretty useless), I also know if I can store the backup settings of scanned documents in PDF instead of JPEG and to specify another folder for the scans.   I just want you to know that HP has released a software patch that fixes the problem with the HP utility crashing. You can find it here: critical update to correct scanning to problem on Mac OS X v10.7

  Please note that it will update your application from HP with a new layout as well.

  you are using windows vista 32. A new problem. When I try to run multiple deletes all leaky windows open in a small window. I have to go back and narrow everysmall window until I can do multipe deletes. This does happen evry time, but most of the time. the windows close in mail, then when I close the mail they appear on the desktop or open window browsers.

  This could be just what I want to say, that this problem can be related to software or hardware failure
  If it s a delivers material then it might be possible something wrong with the HARD drive. However your question looks like a problem with the operating system files

  In my opinion, there is only one real way to know if it s related to software or hardware. I think a fresh install of the OS

  I know it extreme s to format the whole HARD drive and install the new OS, but I think it useful.
  Backup your important data and try to use the Toshiba Recovery CD.

  I could solve the problem.

  As I wrote it originally, I wasn't able to uncheck (untick) the "processor chart use ' ongoing enforcement because whenever I did crash.

  When I loaded by LR in a first time, it was in the develop module. And I would like to quickly switch the module library because if I don't have it would soon break the program. That's when I would try to uncheck 'Use graphics processor' and it would break on this attempt.

  Inadvertently, I to not click on the library module this last time but went straight to preferences and was able to uncheck 'Use Graphics Processor' without it crashing.

  It seems that the solution was to stay in the develop module and make the change.

  It seems that the video card is not used for GPU acceleration. You won't get the option 'Remove previews' when the converter is not available.

  The following steps can help get rid you of accidents:

  • First Pro CC, CC 2014 or 20141 freeze at startup or crashing everything working (Mac OS X 10.9 and later)
  • Run repair permission to drive on the BOOT drive
  • Restart the computer
