• CC of the Illustrator has stopped working after I moved around some fonts

  Hi all. I had a few problems of fonts with Microsoft Excel on my mac earlier today and has messed around with the fonts, essentially moving them from one folder to another, remove duplicates, etc.

  I must admit at this point that I am no Mac expert and I wouldn't do things the way of trial and error. and I can do something that I would that my CC I start now.

  I can't undo what I did as I don't remember what I was doing, and Time Machine isn't any help.

  I can not reinstall the CC because I did not setup and now Adobe won't let me not download again as apparently my OS is supposed to be out of date, even if it still meets the requirements minimum (OSX10.6.8) said.

  What should I do?

  May have moved members of families/family Verdana/Tahoma fonts out of the crucial folder or the disabled.

  You can try to move their back/activate them.

  If you have uninstalled CC (as it seems), you can try the service customer (check the box I still need help and hope for an available for conversation agent),

  You need to install the Verdana font on your computer family (in the "System/Fonts" folder). All members of four of the members of the Verdana font family must be installed on your machine & in the active state.

  Just to make sure, are all the faces of fonts Verdana and Tahoma installed and activated/enabled through the BONE (no fonts mangement) as TTF (not OTF)?

• Illustrator CC 2015 has stopped working on Windows 10

  So, I just upgraded my Windows 7 PC (everything was fine before) 10 Windows, everything seems to work fine with my CC Photoshop and Fireworks, and then I tried to open my illustrator with Amnesty International and the program has stopped working. I tried to run in compatibility mode and it won't work too? I did a repair, and I told him it's a compatibility issue. Is anyway to fix this?

  You may want to consider a new install of Windows 10 and then reinstall the application (s). He has worked in this case:

  No I have not any suitcase software installed. Does jogging but my memory and I got some trial graphic clever plug-ins installed, which had expired recently.

  Uninstalling all these now let Illustrator launch. Therefore, it seems to work.

  I'll install the Wacom tablet program later. I suspect that it will be fine.

  You may need to compare agaianst you integrated Windows 7 keyboard shortcuts, as there could be a conflict. Otherwise, I would do the following: -.

  1. go to Edition > keyboard shortcuts

  2. in the dialogue window, you will see a drop-down list labeled default Illustrator with a next button. Click on the button and create your own game.

  3. change the drop-down list labeled tools for Menu commands

  4 Twril Down the Menu object and locate hide them, you'll need this spin down as

  5. click on the X with the hotkey, then with the small empty field selected, choose your own combination of keys. You can be notified that the combination is used by another shortcut, you can work around this.

• Illustrator CS6 has stopped working

  Dear users of Illustrator,

  As a new user of adobe software, I bought a few things "classroom in a book" to help me get started. Now that I'm working on the first tutorial, I met a strange problem.

  When I add a non-black color to my work, save the file leads to a message 'has stopped working ". This is nog seems not the case with all the colors, but only some of them.

  For example: when I draw a black rectangle, I can save the file.

  When I fill it with Cyan, all right.

  When I fill it with brown, save the file makes it stop working.

  I can't find the awnser in the forum or elsewhere online. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  Your system probably has a color profile damaged somewhere, usually a monitor or printer profile and it is causing mayhem when I save the file and tries to incorporate this info. Some colors work everything simply because their values have no conversion profile or are translated directly without more complex mathematics involved. Check your color profiles, remove any third-party, reset the color of your system management in the configuration monitor graphics driver asnd. Then recalibrate all / get usable provider profiles.

• Illustrator CS6 has stopped working at the opening

  A little more than a month, I had installed the trial version of Illustrator CS6 to try it. I had also done the same with PS CS6.

  I decided to buy and bought the entire collection Design and Web. After ordering it, I decided to remove the old trial to ensure a simpler installation of the whole package. So, I uninstalled these the other day using the Add/Remove programs in Control Panel and then deleted records containing Adobe products with the exception of my software Adobe reader etc.

  I had some problems with Flash player after and a script in Word so I restore my computer to a date earlier and then just removed the strict minimum.

  Now, I just installed the new package and everything works fine. Serial number, then connect with Adobe ID and then install.

  The question is if I open Illustrator it opens but in seconds blanks out and a window pops up saying that it has stopped working. I hope that I can go to add/remove the computer to see if I could fix it, but none of the new programs are same.

  I need to get done graphics and really need to be able to open Illustrator as soon as POSSIBLE.

  If it helps, the exe file is in the folder of media files that I did not know that it should be in.  Is there a way to solve this easily? As a remedial program that can diagnose the problem?

  Please note that all other programs open: PS, Fireworks, Dreamweaver. But the bridge is not also.

  I also tried as an administrator and it does not help.

  Just an after-thought. Can I uninstall and reinstall? Whether on the same computer, I guess that Adobe know that I don't mean to use the serial number for a second time on someone else's computer. I don't know what else to do. The cat live is not available until Monday and I really need to use Illustrator over the weekend to prepare a design for a client.

  I finished downloading the trial of Illustrator out of my trash and reinstall only that. He opened.   If you have files that were backed up not you may rescue files when Windows does not start
