  In AI CC 2014 (18.1.1) Color Themes has been renamed the Kuler panel Panel and can be opened by going to menu Windows > color themes.

  The kuler range is empty! If I want to add kuler swatches (downloaded) Illustrator crashes.
  Search in kuler panel do not work also.

  

  There are also problem when I go to the preferences/sync... setinngs Illustrator crushes too.

  I did all that I could find on the web. Uninstaling, restaring, cleaning... nothing works! Where is the trap?

  I have illustrator cc and a kuler account. I am connected to both with the same user id. They both work separately. However when I go the kuler panel in illustrator and press the button update, none of my crossed theme. It's just empty. How can this be repaired?

  Problem solved by logon session. Fonts Verdana and Tahoma guilty.

  These two fonts have been disabled and enabling them to solve the problem.
