  I am a Belgian citizen working and living in London (UK) and I used to make photos with a Belgian/Dutch company (HEMA) albums, they have now totally new software that must be downloaded through the app store, but it is not available in the app store UK, than in the Belgian or Dutch.

  I tried to change the country in my settings from my apple ID, but when I try to load it down then, I redirected immediately to the UK store again, showing my ID apple is only valid for the UK store... What can I do to download this free software?

  What is happening here is that Appvolumes will check on what data store, the VDI is located and attach this data store Appstacks (if appstacks are in this data store).

  It is only of use if you have a storagegroup with mutiple data warehouses, otherwise it will always choose the 1 appstack you have.

  This is mainly done to make sure that you don't have to much traffic of data between servers and storage.

  I suspect that you are running a 32-bit system.

  Premiere Pro, After Effects, still and SpeedGrade are 64-bit only, so they do not work on your system.

  Can you please confirm whether the volume on which you install Photoshop Elements is case-sensitive or break? To find what you need to do the following:

  1. launch/Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app

  2. click on the drive from left panel (not the Partition)

  3. click the Partition tab

  4. check text that is written in the Format tab. This is Mac OS extended (case-sensitive, journaled)?

  Is it is case-sensitive, journaled, then you will need to make this volume as insensitive by selecting Mac OS extended (journaled) as the PSE only is currently not supported on case-sensitive volumes.

• El Capitan 10.11.6 updating only not on the App Store update list

  I just installed iTunes 12.4.2 and El Capitan 10.11.6 but only iTunes does appear in the list of the App Store updates 'updates installed in the last 30 days.  Have never seen this before.  Restarted App Store app a few times and restarted the computer.  System seems to work very well.  Not a major problem, but thought I would mention it.

  Even here, also oddly I had raw update 6.20 as requiring installation, even if it had been in June. iMac is saying his 10.11.6 but you say its not no projection in App store updates.

  Since I installed Captain el I can't do any update to the system level of the el captain of the app store, but on the other side, he does with no upgrade problem applications like imovie or battery health etc. I suspect this problem is causing Mackeeper which I installed but not sure... Any solution?

• Need to pull the inventory since the Profile Manager

  We have 125 + ipad devices in the Profile Manager.  I would like to export the name ipad, carrier no_serie and cell phones and other cell Info for all devices in a text or CSV file.  I can go to the details of each instrument section and manually search each of them, but it's tedious.

  There must be a way to use the Profile Manager to help inventory devices, otherwise it must be a critical feature added.

  This can be done.  You will need to query the database directly.  Try this:

  1: connect to the database (do this on the server running the Profile Manager)

  sudo psql - U _devicemgr d devicemgr_v2m0 h/Library/Server/ProfileManager/Config/var/PostgreSQL

  2: you will be asked your admin password.  You will not see what you type.  When you're finished, press return.

  3: you'll be in the interactive shell and get a prompt as follows:

  psql (9.3.9)

  Help, type "help".

  4: Congratulations, you have connected to the database.  We start to dig down and find out what is stored in there.

  5: to list databases, use this command (it's a lowercase L):

  \l

  6: you should see a result that looks like the following:

  7: the database of interest is called devicemgr_v2m0.  In order to interact with it, we must select the it.  To select a database, use this command:

  9: to display all tables in the database, by using this command:

  11: change devices to another the table name if you want to discover the other tables.

  12: now get what you want.  Here are two example queries:

  Select "DeviceName", "SerialNumber" of devices;

  Select "DeviceName", last_checkin_time of devices;

  13: bind the columns that you want to collect to get your report.

  14: empty the results to a text file.

  15: when you have finished, exit the interactive with shell

  I've upgraded to the new versions of CC 2015 of the Creative Suite of Adobe, and he said he would remove the 2014 CC and older variants of the apps, but it did not. Is it possible to safely remove the others, or should I just drag to the trash? I have 2-3 versions of each application.

  If you open the files of the previous version. You'll find all the Plugins.

  Creative cloud removes previous versions, but not your Plugins.
