  This may be due to system file damage or tcp/ipstack.

  Try the following...

  (1) run the sfc/scannow in a command prompt run as administrator

  Reboot and check

  (2) open a command prompt, run as administrator then type
  netsh winsock reset
  Restart and check.

  (3) try to use two different o/r address in the same range... Use the bind option

  

  Use "obtain an IP address automatically" there should be an ip address external assignment of an agent as dhcp server (routers and windows servers are able to set this up)

  You can try the following.

  Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore.  Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration.  When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.

  Another option if the above does not help is as follows.

  Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.

  If you use an administrator level account, you can enable the built-in true ' administrator' account, connect on it (she has no default password because it is disabled by default) and reset the password of another account from there.

  To do this:

  1. Press + X to display the context menu, and then click computer management.
  2. On the left, click local users and groups, and then select the users folder.
