im not helped to open photoshop... anyone know why?
whenever I go to open photoshop, I get a pop-up window saying "could not initialize Photoshop because an unexpected end of file has been detected."
I use a mac, what it means?

Try resetting preferences
Press and hold the CTRL, ALT, shift (Windows) / command Shift (MAC) Option in starting up of Photoshop.
Select Yes
Note:-make sure you backup Presets/stock/Modified Workspaces/Plugins (if any)

I keep trying to open a new tab next to an open tab, but it does not open. I use to be able to open a new tab by right-clicking next to open tab and it will open the new tab next to the tab open existing. Now it don't.
Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.
There are a few places to check for the Ask toolbar:
- Check the control panel Windows for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
- Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons

10.10 is no longer available unless you had previously downloaded. In this case, it would be in the purchase of the Mac App Store section. Its not available for direct plus download.
You can directly update 10.11 El Capitan.

use the editor or organizer. Click OK, and then choose to use the editor or

I have a MBP of 2009 end. I updated the material to 8 GB of ram with an SSD of 240gig. I want to run the new OSX, but is not on the list approved for the update. Anyone know why?
It is a decision that was made by Apple. El Capitan is the newest OSX that will support a 2009 MBP.
This is not uncommon. My 2006 MBP came with Tiger, but is limited to OSX Snow Leopard.
Old hardware ends up by becoming obsolete with newer technology.

Have you created a backup of your library and other value prior to the factory data reset? Your music is stored on your hard drive and accessible via the iTunes database - you must maintain, or be able to restore to recover your full library. However:
- If you have your media files on your hard drive, but nothing appears in iTunes, tips to the user of turingtest2 on the empty/corrupted after upgrade/crash iTunes library can be relevant.
- If you have media on an iPod/iPad/iPhone, you need to come back in iTunes, see recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device.
- You should be able to re - download the media you purchased from the iTunes Store - see download your past - purchases of Apple Support.
- If you subscribe to Match iTunes, you can recover all or part of your library of cloud from Apple servers.
It is, unfortunately, no 'magic' here... except if you specifically configure to do this (which may involve purchasing services add-on) iTunes relies on you to maintain the integrity of your library - an effective backup strategyagainst data loss (as for anything else on your computer that you cannot afford to give up to) is essential.

I just bought a canon 6 d and I can not get my remote EXILE 430 flash. Anyone know why? Apparently my camera 'new' picture does not "see" the flash, must now the transmitter? Is there a Flash that work wirelessly with my canon 6 d?
All remote flashes need a way to communicate with the camera. They can be wired or wireless. The wireless system can be optical or radio.
The key is that there is nothing built in the 6 d to control a flash... If you need something to do this work.
The 430EX II can be triggered via optical signal as a remote "slave" flash (430EX II cannot function as a mode of 'master' (aka 'Commander').)
The method of Cannon to control the 430EX II is to use either:
(a) a "Speedlite ST - E2 transmitter.
(b) speedlite another able to work in "master" mode (and there's a long list... the 600EX / 600EX-RT, the 580EX II, and curiously the 90EX is actually able to perform a 'master').
I recommend either the 600EX-RT (which would be the basis for additional units 600EX-RT in the future that would give you radio trigger) or find a 580EX II. I probably spend on the 90EX and promote a ST - E2 if desired subject is a way to trigger the remote flash and don't actually want a flash. The 90EX is not very powerful, so it is not particularly suitable as a stand-alone flash, unless you use it simply as a "fill" flash for close subjects.)
There are also many 3rd party triggers, but the vast majority of them won't let you not use E - TTL (they would be "manual" only) and the units which support E - TTL will be too expensive to buy just a high flash range running as Commander.

do an advanced search using the options. Once you are satisfied with it, you can save it and assign it to Alt - O.
If you do this, remember to remove any other shortcut search which may exist. -

Does anyone know why audio keyframes do not work in PE13?
Does anyone know why audio keyframes do not work in PE13? I put in a track audio and changed levels, but audio playback remains constant. Oddly enough, even the level of volume (in settings-> Volume slider) moves from top down during playback of the clip. But the same audio output is completely unaffected. Weird.

On what computer operating system is your first items 13 running? Have you updated to the 13 to 13.1 yet? If this isn't the case, please do.
Assuming you are not a misinterpretation of the workflow for keyframing property of volume at the level of the timeline or tab/adjustments volume pallet/expanded, please remove the file Adobe Premiere elements Prefs (configuration file). For the elements first 13/13.1 on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit

and in the folder 13.0 is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the 13.0 the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and disks enabled so that you can see the full quoted path.
