  ·         Which version and edition of the operating system is installed on the computer?

  ·         Remember to make changes to the computer, after which the issue started?

  In the meantime, try the following steps and check if it helps:

  (Applicable to limited editions of Windows)

  a. right click on "Computer" (Windows Vista or Windows 7) or "My computer" (Windows XP) and click on 'Manage' to open computer management.

  b. in the left pane, expand 'System tools', and then expand local users and groups.

  c. now click on "users".

  d. in the right pane, right-click on your user name and select Properties.

  e. uncheck "user cannot change password".

  f. click Ok and then close the computer management console.

  This thread includes a long list of possible improvements to video card. Keep in mind that your 4600 requires the very old type AGP video card, which are not easy to find. In fact, it would be better to buy a used, more recent system that will probably surpass your 4600.

  You can use the cleanup tool to remove the creative cloud & then try version prior to using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

• After the trial of CC, Adobe won't let me open again CS6

  I have Adobe Production Premium CS6.  Recently, I did a test of CC and decided not to buy again. Now, when using adobe dynamic link to Agency cs6 to send timeline to still cs6, creative application of cloud appears and says "validation license status online."  He told me so I need to 'renew your membership' to open the CS6!

  I uninstalled all the programs CC I found and tried to uninstall the creative cloud to avoid this problem. Unfortunately when I try to uninstall CC I get the message "You have creative cloud computer apps who need."

  Help, please.

  All uninstall cs6 (after making sure your serial number);

  clean your computer of files cc and cs6 by http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

  Restart your computer (do not skip this)

  reinstall and activate your cs6 using your serial number
