iMac trackpad takes forever to wake up

When I put my iMac to sleep, I have issues with the Apple Trackpad after waking up.

I can still wake up wake the iMac by clicking on the trackpad, but when the computer wakes up I have no response from cursor of the trackpad. It's like he is disconnected (but it isn't). It wakes you up always not the iMac to sleep and I don't get a message "disconnected" on the iMac in the morning.

If I wait 30 seconds to a minute, the trackpad works normally. But I never got a message "disconnected" or "plugged in" to the trackpad at all.

All ideas/solutions?

You use the Magic Trackpad 2 with El Capitan?   The Magic trackpad 1 can have gaps with El Cap and the new Sierra OS coming, MT2 has quickly become a necessity.
