Image width 50%

Hi, I wanted to know if you can set an image to 50% of the width.

I want that my head is made up of 2 images to 50%

This is an example: http://livedemo00.template-help.com/landing_54696/

You can either use no matter what image editor to create such an image and use it as a full browser or you can use accordion and make as full width with the frame of the image and the text in the content area.

Thank you

    The time has come to show us the code. It is best done by providing a link to the site, if you could post the HTML code and CSS here for us to have a look on.

    What you did until now, is an image that is limited in its container, a container that is much narrower than the width you are aiming for.

  • Image width = auto height = automatic problems in Internet Explorer

    I thought I had a problem with my MM_swapimage in Internet explorer, but it seems to be my scale of images.

    I have my large main a image width = height = auto auto who does not appear in Internet Explorer only

    small 'thumb' of varying size images have a = 40px width = auto height, so that the different sizes of thumb images look uniform horizontally. How can I get the images to work without exact scaling for each image?

    Let's see your code, please.  Your use of ' = 'auto' width ' or 'height = 'auto' ' is incorrect because 'auto' is not a valid value for width/height attributes, and those attributes will not recognize the use of any unit on the value, as you show with 'height = "40px" '.»  So let's make sure that your code is correct before hunt us a snipe, OK?

    You can use the option of filling slideshow or browser full-screen for the image they will make even across different screen sizes.

  • Image - width of the div and the issue of scale. Help, please

    Hi guys,.

    I have a problem with the bgr image that I can't solve. Here's a tutorial (Web Animation and interactivity with Adobe Edge animate - Designers Fiesta 2012 - YouTube). On the beginning on this movie, this guy has all its items on stage. There is an image called Green who is a div itself (as opposed to a bgr image). Size of this div is much shorter than the image itself, and I don't know how he did it. Whenever I import my (wider) image on the stage, it shows that it is the actual width. I need to be inside the shorter div due later scaling '' operation. '' It's probably very easy to do, but I am new to AE so I would really appreciate your help because I'm stuck.

    Thank you very much

    Hello

    SYM. $("elementName") .css ({'background-size': '100% 100% ', 'background-repeat': 'no-repeat'});

    The above code will be "resize" or "resize" your image.

    You can write on the Board of compositionReady or on creationComplete Panel.

    elementName is the container: the div tag

    Now, how do I load an image inside a rectangle (tag div) using the code:

    SYM. $("Rectangle") .css ({' background-image': "url(images/picture.jpg)", 'background-size': '100% 100% ', 'background-repeat': 'no-repeat'});

  • image width - Center and the culture of images to smaller screen sizes and keep the centered text?

    Hi people,

    I have an animation that I use as the header of my page.  It consists of a background image and some animated text blocks that are centered on the image.

    I would like to have the image extends to the entire width of the browser window, keep the image centered on the smaller screen size.  I also want to keep the blocks of text centered on the small screen so sizes.

    the question I have is that in smaller widths, the image 'glue' to the left of the browser window and not centered.  Finally, I would like to "reframe" the sides, but keep the image and the centered text.  comp stage has a min width to prevent him from becoming too small on smaller screens.

    Here is an example of what's going on.  I hope this helps.

    Screen Shot 2014-04-30 at 8.59.48 AM.png

    the dashboard computer is nested within a div - div, that he has the following properties.

    } .page-in-head-animation

    min-height: 400px;

    overflow: hidden;

    Width: 100%;

    text-align: center;

    }

    and the smaller screens, I have a media query

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {}

    } .page-in-head-animation

    min-height: 300px;

    position: relative;

    }

    }

    so I want the computer on the edge to stop the downward revision when it comes to height of 300px and Center 'crop' from there.

    I have these settings on my stage.

    Please let me know if you have any ideas - I've been struggling with this for a while now!

    Thank you!

    You can not achieve what you're trying to animate. You will need to add CSS and script exernallly.

    Here is a link explaining how to Center a background image while the scaling.

    You have a div covering the lively scene.

    Value div, rather than having to animate background image.

    Make the transparent animated background

  • Scale to the size of the image width or height?

    I noticed that this feature puts across clips with the orginal until the width proportions or height responds first the size of the image.

    However, anyway is to dictate who? Say I have a sequence of 720 p and I have a clip of 1270 x 780 for example.

    And I want the width to be filled entirely despite having to cut some of the pixels off blackouts.

    If you want the ability to choose between

    height, width or both in the dialog "scale to the size of the image."

    You can apply here:

  • Image width on the page.

    Hello

    How do you get an image scalable full width on a page such as www.petloc.se (a site created in muse). When you use the tool rectangle and selection of scale to fill my pixelated image like crazy, even when using large images (greater than 1920px width). Please advise like how did it on petloc.se because that is exactly the style I want.

    Thank you very much

    That's exactly how you do it. Make a rectangle and change the background, "select it the scale to fill" or the original, and then select the position. He could go pixely while it loads the image, but if you optimize the better image it will load faster. What are the file sizes of images that you use? You should be able to optimize very large images less than 500 k.

    If you have done all that, it could be a bug.

  • Is it possible to get the image.width BEFORE the rendered image?

    I create an Image dynamically (in ActionScript) object and adding it to a cMain (Canvas container)

    I want to add it to a x / y location relative to an existing object in the canvas, so to do I'm putting myImage.x and myImage.y before making a cMain.addChild (myImage)

    Because I want to put the image right next to "SomeObject" into the canvas, I wanted to use something like:

    myImage.x = someObject.x - myImage.width;

    The problem is that Flex does not know the width of the image.  Of course, I could specify a specific width, but I actually do for the height (ie. myImage.height = someVBox.height), so it resizes the image and draw well, but does not give me the width of it.

    According to another discussion on this forum (http://forums.adobe.com/message/137573#137573), I tried to determine the width of the image in an event.COMPLETE handler, but even when the image is finished loading, height and width are still unknown (both show as '0');  It seems that I might be able to determine size in event. MAKE, but this does not mean the image has ALREADY been added to my painting and drawing on the screen?  At this point, it's a little too late, because I need the value of the coordinate x of the image BEFORE rendering of this.

    Is there a possible way to do it? (other than images to make sure the photo editing, they are all some dimensions and then hardcode these dimensions in...)

    Have you tried

    event.currentTarget.width ?

  • Get the height and width of an image

    I have therefore some images in my program that I'm loading. These images are much longer than the size of the screen. So I put in a ScrollView. My question is how can I get the height and width of an image. The image.width and image.height doesn't return the correct values.

    //add the image
    private function addImage():Container {
        var sp1:Container = new Container();

        //icon.setPosition(0,0);
        //icon.setSize(320,800);
        sp1.addChild(icon);
        sp1.setSize(650, icon.height);

        return sp1;
    }

    and my code scrollview is

    //add to the scrollView
    var scroller:ScrollPane = new ScrollPane();
    scroller.width = 650;
    scroller.height = 505;
    scroller.y = 0;
    scroller.addScrollContent(addImage());
    addChild(scroller);

    Thanks in advance!

    Hey shethab,

    in order to retrieve the height and width of your image, you must use use the an event listener on your image and check for the Event.COMPLETE event. What is happening because the image you upload is not built, it takes time to load into your application using the setImage() method. and when you check the width height after the setImage method, the image was not loaded and has no height and width to this second. If you use the event listener, you can retrieve the height and width as it was finally loaded.

    Try the following code:

    import flash.events.Event;

    //add the image
    private function addImage():Container {
        var sp1:Container = new Container();
        sp1.sizeUnit = SizeUnit.PIXELS;
        sp1.debugColor = 0xFFFFFF;
        sp1.margins = Vector.([1,0,0,0]);
        sp1.align =ContainerAlign.NEAR;
        //sp1.setSize(650, 800);

        var myPattern:RegExp = / /g;
        var fileName:String = "./com/swiz/img1.png";
        var icon:Image = new Image();
        icon.setImage(File.applicationDirectory.resolvePath(fileName).url);
        icon.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, onImageLoaded);
        //icon.setPosition(0,0);
        //icon.setSize(320,800);
        sp1.addChild(icon);
        sp1.setSize(650, icon.height);

        return sp1;
    }

    private function onImageLoaded(e:Event):void
    {
        trace("image height: " + e.target.height + " image width: " + e.target.width);
    }

    hope that somethings brightened. Good luck!

  • Image size default width and height units

    I am now using 2015 and when I open the tool to the size of the Image width and height units are default to inches I want to make Pixels. The size is set to Pixels and resolutions has Pixels/inch, but the width and height units always opens on the thumbs. I checked my preferences, units and leaders, units, the rules are Pixels is of Type Points. But the New Document preset resolutions column size and Point/Pica size and see nothing else to settle.

    What is a 'new' to be stuck with the thumbs everytime I open the size of the Image? It's a pain that I almost never work in inches.

    Then, with the size of the Image open, hold down the ALT key. Cancel button will be Reset.  Click on that and the dialog box will go to the default values. See if that fixes it.

  • Full-width Image/Slider

    Hello world

    I'm having some trouble using full width with respect to height.

    I want my image to adjust both height and width according to the directions of the image/cursor high suite Adobe Muse Site of the day Web site - home

    Currently my image width fits perfectly on different browsers, but the height cut just a part of the image rather than increase its size. The images I use are more than sufficient in size to adjust even to large resolutions.

    Since the creation of the Muse of Adobe above site manages to achieve sensitive height and width, I was wondering how it is possible?
