• Incorrect scale of images (zoom) when added to the timeline

  Hi all

  I have a special problem.  I have a first Elements 10 project when I add images both online images appear "zoomed in" However their properties are 100%.  1080 p video that I add to the timeline also appears to 'Zoom Out' but their properties are 100%.  I guess that I have a wrong setting somewhere but I can't find one that.

  Strangely, if I try and edit an old project, the same thing happens?  I already have images in the media files I can add to the timeline OK but if I import the same image from my computer and add the duplicate image newly at the time line is the same... the picture "zoomed" image properties are 100%.  If I add the original image (the one that was already in the media project) to the time line it seems OK.

  So in summary... all 'new' imported 'any' project media now adds to the timeline appearing zoomed in?

  On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements running? The computer uses an NVIDIA GeForce video/graphics card card?

  What are the properties of the video source that you import? And what is the predefined project that you set to match the properties of the media source? Work with the preference default scale to the size of the image on or off? (See Edit Menu/preferences/general).

  Once we know the operating system, we will try to define the situation and find a solution to the problem. We could seek to remove the settings/preferences file, as well as uninstall, free ccleaner Cross (regular and register cleaner parts), zoom timeline feature of a Mac version if you are using a Mac computer, etc..

  Please consider and provide more details.

  I added an image as a signature when a set my e-mail account. This image is added successfully when I compose a new email. When I reply to an e-mail message, the image is not added, and I have to manually copy it from a newly formed email. I assumed that there should be a way around this?

  Account settings of GOTO and look under the section Composition & addressing. There are two check boxes to include signatures in the responses and transfers.

  I don't know, but try:

  app.imagePreferences.preserveBounds = true;

  If true, preserve the boundaries of the image when the restoration of the links.

• Bullet image file not added to the Webhelp folder

  I just updated an older project to my current version of RoboHelp 8. The gif file I use for an image of the ball is not be added to the folder Webhelp when I generate Webhelp.

  The image is correctly listed in the css (style list: url ("Bullet 3.gif")) and in the style of list of RoboHelp (LI + list style: url ("Bullet 3.gif").) It also seems to have been added to the images of the project when I look in the image list on the pod project manager.

  The ball is displayed correctly on the drawing page and when I click on the preview of glasses icon.

  I tried to add the ball to the images on the Image dialog box and re-add the navigation for this style in the Styles dialog box.

  I suspect, there could be a problem in the previous version when the image has been added, not in the project, but a different folder, folder but the file is now in the project folder and I went through it in this place, everywhere wherever I can think of to convince Robohelp to the location of the current file.

  Anyone know how can I get RoboHelp to add this file to the folder of Webhelp?

  Hello

  Maybe it will help if you try to add the Image to the list of files of luggage. Try right click on the file folder of luggage (in view of the traditional project manager) or the project files folder (in the most recent global view) and choose new > file of baggage. Then choose the image that seems to be missing.

  Even if it is already there, it doesn't hurt anything to include it as baggage.

• Adding links to a Hypertext address web Pages video

  It's so frustrating!

  My wife spent a whole day, design of a document on the Pages to be converted to a PDF file for the job. Once it was full, she needed to add hypertext links to various other Web pages.

  1. you cannot add hyperlinks to pictures (!), she has found a workaround which is to copy a text box above the image, but it's far from ideal.

  2. she could not add a hyperlink video, i.e. of the www.blahblah.com/video.mp4 to all the links, you can choose only the web page or by e-mail!

  Does anyone know a work around for adding video links to a pages document?

  This has been fixed! Thank you... With the exception of adding links to the images thing, it is just missing from Pages!

• Muse is so slow, especially when adding hyperlinks

  As a designer than a programmer, I love Muse, so similar to the sensation to Indesign. She allowed me to do at my site design is amazing, but...

  Now really worried that I chose the wrong software to develop my new site. Get slower and slowest of the day.

  Now cannot be used professionally.

  Every action is so slow. Multicolor spinning wheel is displayed continuously.

  The slower action seems to be when adding hyperlinks. Certainly, there is a little (about 150 per page over 100 pages, it's a ticketing site).

  When clicking on the hyperlink insert the window of the menu drop-down appears quickly, but I have to wait almost 30 seconds before I can enter the link and then another 30 seconds by clicking on back for the link to be accepted.

  30 seconds may not seem like a long time but believe me, it's when we look at a multicoloured spinning wheel. With 150 links per page, which is more than 2 hours of wasted time.

  Is there anyway to speed up this process? Is there anywhere in preferences to say Muse to reduce the number of previous installations of links used in the menu drop-down? If it would expedite the operation?

  Any help would be appreciated, because I don't want to renounce the Muse. Thank you.

  Yes, 2015.2 is faster. But... you can not expect the sedan city it will be a big truck. Different tasks have different tools. Muse is not really suitable for large sites. Not only because of the speed.
  CMS is a completely different usability, allowing to work with directories. Muse can't. Everything must be done manually, which leads to loss of time and difficulties with seo.

• Slide template image disappears when loading

  I have a responsive project designed in 9 Captivate that works fine in the preview, but encounter problems when publishing.

  The background image (a .png 500Ko) for the breakpoint Office positioned on the master slide on top of two smartshapes does not appear when loading (do smartshapes). I tested with the SCORM cloud and our LMS with the same results, I also tried several browsers and machines with the same results. The image appears when loading on other devices, or if the resizing of the window on a desktop PC.

  The same file is used on all the breakpoints, just resized to fit (100% width, automatic height on all breakpoints). The image file is sized to the same width as the breakpoint Office (1024px), with a height of more than time to account for resizing to other breakpoints. I tried images of different sizes, adding instead as an overview of the project, adding to the first slide and display for the rest of the project... all to nothing done.

  Any help would be great because I'm at the point where I'm completely puzzled...

  OK, it would have been my approach: since they must be on all slides, merge into the background.

  Font size is usually determined by the size in points. 72 points equal to 1 inch. the size is independent of the size of your actual file. You might have a file that is located at 72 dpi, which is set to a 5 X 7 "and the police would be the size even if it is a 1200 dpi image 5 X 7.

  These entries should still be there if you right click on an image or an area with a background image.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

  There is one thing that I know that you need to check that COULD be your problem.  Open Control Panel (in Classic view) and click Folder Options (or, in Control Panel, click on appearance and personalization and then Folder Options).

  Open the view tab and make sure that "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is NOT checked.

  It would be good to hear from you as to whether that was the problem!
