iMessage sign

Hello

I know it's a common problem and I tried a few solutions, but none worked for now.

I've just updated to 10.11.6 and when I tried to send a Message, none were received, but iMessage shows no errors. Then I open settings and saw that my service provider # was not inside my account and I also noticed it says (inactive) next to my account. So I registered... welp, now I can't connect anymore. I type in my email and my pw but nothing happens, no error message, nothing.

Y at - it a known solution working to get back running things?

If... on the iPhone the number in settings > Messages > Send and Receive is not actually selected (active), then the number will be de-registered.

If left alone, then the iPhone will stop accepting or synchronize the iMessages that Apple ID it can 'see '. that is the link between the number of iPhone and Apple ID on the server iMessages becomes broken.

    The keys are saved so that you can view the cats later if you save them.

    My account imessages list shows only Hello. There is no account iMessages or anywhere to connect with my Apple ID. El Capitan, up to date. By clicking on the sign more only shows AIM, Jabber, google, yahoo, etc., where is iMessages sign in option?

    The following steps may help:

    • In the Contacts application:
      • Check that there is a single contact for you card and it contains your name, Apple ID email address and phone number. Delete all information from your husband who may appear in your business card.
      • Make sure there is a distinct and unique contact card for your husband and that he does not understand the details of your contacts.
    • Go to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > in the Contacts section, check my Info using your contact card.
    • Go to settings > general > Siri > My Info - make sure your contact card is selected.
    • Go to settings > iCloud:
      • If the name and address of the Apple of your husband ID are displayed at the top: scroll to the bottom of the screen > press Sign Out > sign in with your own credentials of the Apple ID.
    • Go to settings > Messages > Send and receive > iMessage screen:
      • Make your own Apple ID is displayed at the top.
        • If this isn't the case, type on the Apple ID (in blue) > tap Sign Out > tap on the use of your Apple ID for iMessage > sign in with your own code from Apple.
      • Under the title 'Start New Conversations From', make sure your phone number is selected.
      • Under the heading "you are reachable by iMessage to the ', make sure that only your own phone number (and if you want, e-mail addresses are selected).
    • Remove old iMessage conversations: in the Messages application > swipe to the left on a message thread > delete.

    I have always been signed out imessage on my MB pro since the update to el capitan, Lion, a month ago. I managed to close the session at this time by going to Preferences-> account and disconnection.

    Review everywhere you use your Apple ID and make sure that you disconnected. After signing to everywhere, reboot your device and then try to connect again.

    Just started doing this message this morning after signing imessage and restart. I get the same error for facetime on mac. I've updated to 10.11.6 July 23. I have a serial number for the mac. If I understand correctly, you can not sign in iMessage on your Mac since the update of OS X El Capitan and get an activation error message.     I can't sign in iMessage (Macbook Pro, early 2011) after upgrade to El Capitan 10.11.1 OS x 10.8.5. I have reset the passwords for my two Apple ID, out of the iCloud, signed and still cannot connect in iMessage. Diagnosis: "year error occurred during authentication.  All other applications (and machines, see below) with iCloud connections & shared data work without problems. Machine also crossed several reboots at least two resets of LANDAU. Any suggestions for next steps?

    The same update of the iCloud OS X 10.8.5 log 10.11.1 and subsequent out / in the sequence was repeated on my other Macbook Pro (mid-2012).  iMessage balls in and functions properly in this regard.

    My iPhone 6 + wife 5s and iPad Mini 1st generation (all with the same Apple ID & iOS 9.1), either have no problem with iMessage. Two Macbook pros are running 16 GB of RAM drives, backup of OWC data with the 480 GB SSD boot in original position of HD floppies and mechanical in the optical Bay. All devices are on the same time zone time, selected auto (CST).

    Updated - repair of Ran in Keychain Access.  Ran disk first aid utility.  Restart in Mode safe and by logging in to my account resulted in functional iMessage.  After restarting mode Normal iMessage remained functional.  A VICTORY.
