  You must install the 32-bit client software to obtain the 32-bit driver. Be sure to install in a different House, then copy on your tnsnames.ora. Unlike several houses of the same bits, a single home 32-bit and 64-bit home play pretty well together.

  AFAIK, the gateway can be downloaded free in the form of your db, if your goal is private learning
  If your bridge installed correctly, so, you need to connect to your mysql via dblink
  Auditor of the gateway must upward. There you can check the status of your gateway.

• After export to MS Access using ODBC for Oracle db database

  I exported a table with 300,000 lines of MS-Access using the "Export" option to ODBC databases to an Oracle db.
  
  It has created a table in Oracle with the same name as the Access db,
  
  Then a toad, I could see the data in the table. But when I run "Select * from table1", it says table1 doesnot exist. Also I couldnot "describe" the table.
  My wonder is that I could see the data and the columns using the toad.
  
  So I couldnot work on this table now

• Implement a driver for a card cryptographic chip with multiple ATR

  I use RIM to develop a driver for cryptographic smart card.

  I created the MyCryptoSmartCard class that extends CryptoSmartCard. The problem is that this class allows only an ATR, but my card can have more than one ATR. It costs of the version. I want to control all in one card, and obviously with a single driver.

  So what I need is to make a single conductor for several ATR. Is this possible?

  The structure of my class of smart card is:

  These are the only solutions tha I thought, but I don't know if it's possible:
  -Make a MyCryptoSmartCard of constructor passing the RTA and the pourla create with ATR one or the other.
  -Put all the ATR as private variables and later to treat each case current.

  Could someone give me a solution? I would avoid the possibility of a driver for each RTA.

  Hi, I think that it is theoretically possible to write a single driver for your two cards. In practice, it may be more difficult that it sounds good, depending on how different the two cards are actually.

  The class CryptoSmartCard * can * support more than one ATR... once again, at least in theory. "To support a given RTA" means that your class return true from the checkAnswerToResetImpl method. So I don't see why your implementation of this method should not return true in response to one of the two separate ATR responding with your cards.

  Having returned the true value, your driver actually expressed as a candidate for the card driver currently in the drive. After that, you will need to ensure that your pilot tunes its behavior to the requirements of the current map. You need to maintain an accessible indicator which ATR has received that is facing types two cards are in the player, but I think that a class variable should be able to do it for you.

  You cannot use a special constructor because your class is built in libMain before the call to checkAnswerToResetImpl. Then you probably just need to condition the behaviour of your other methods on the ATR which has been received and encoded as your class variable (i.e. use if or statements to pass).

  Train my familiar and careless with the old version of the ACS, ACS unit I bought two 5.1 device to work in the HA function. After installation and did ' t tried configured for use with the external database with ORACLE, I see nothing. I tried to read the paper and I saw no keyword that said this support the ODBC or Oracle version. If anyone can help me what is the workaround for ACS work with ODBC and Oracle.

  1 primary and Standby Database must be the same. (But 11g, it supports Heteregenous Data Guard Configurations. Example: We can imeplement Oracle Data Guard between Oracle Linux 6.2 Server (x86_64) and Microsoft Windows 2008 Server R2 (x 64)

  2 oracle Database version should be same in source and target

  3. no additional license required for Oracle Data Guard to install.

  Oracle GoldenGate:

  1 operating system in the primary database and the Standby Database are not necessarily even.

  2. major databases and standby are not necessarily even. (Including database software).

  3 oracle GoldenGate Software license required in the Source code and database is target.

I DEV (development) and environments of TST (test) of tables, triggers, packages, etc. are created and manipulated. • Link ODBC for SQL Server

  I am creating a link from a warehouse to Oracle (10 g on unix) a source of SQL Server (sqlsvr2008 on windows), to allow the import of data. (This is the first time I tried to do, so my apologies if this is a newbie query).
  
  I was looking for the heterogeneous services documentation (more discussions of the forum), and most seem to suggest that the only way to do this is:
  
  (1) install another server for oracle (windows) on the same machine as SQL Server
  (2) create an ODBC on this machine
  (3) create a listener for sql server on oracle windows server
  (4) create a link of database linking installations of oracle unix/windows
  
  Is really the only way forward? Or have I missed something?
  
  The sqlsvr installation is on a third-party server with limited access - I can't install oracle on it (even if I can create an ODBC).

• Seeded data for Oracle Spatial 10 g

  I have a fundamental question about Oracle spatial. Oracle Spatial data seeded as US maps? For example, a store if I update the latitude and longitude, this information allows to know location and the city of the location.

  Space Oracle does not provide the content of the map. Some providers of content such as Navteq provides the specific format of map/routing/gecoding Oracle.
  If you want to discover the location (lat, lon) of an address, you can use Oracle geocode (sdo_gcdr.geocode).
  If you have a location (lat, lon) and you want to know the address information, use the geocoder Oracle (sdo_gcdr.reverse_geocode).

  How do you load data into Oracle? What tool or programming language you are using? Can you post something cause what you stated in your post should work, but there may be some ODBC, or other type of conversion factors to be taken into account.
