  until I started with my suggestions, I would like to say that Windows 8 has completely exceeded my expectations. I really enjoy it and I was very skeptical about the Metro interface, but I must say that the metro is just... awesome!

  1 - users would be able to change the background image of Metro (splash screen) with a custom image (for example: a photo taken with friends). I had to install a 3rd party software to change the splash screen background.

  I have also some suggestions, I don't know if the developers of Microsoft (Bing AppEx) actually reads this, especially since Microsoft is the copying/cloning "sect" Apple-like behavior (according to Mary Jo Foley).   We have improved our ERP 11.5.8 to present 11.5.10.The customizations in 11.5.8 must be re-applied as well.
