  I just want to open the app (example here for, but also pleasant to do same for Photoshop), open a file, then run the ExtendScript file against her, and then close after treatment.   Try starting with the ALT key down.  It waits for you to choose a library to open it.  If it does not open your library then there is something wrong with the library.

  Try running after have connected you to your computer under another account if it works, there is something wrong with the configuration of your account
