    Hello. I'm still learning Dreamweaver and stumbling through this all on my own. I just discovered models today and I'm hoping to use them to update my menu2 spry navigation bar. Except that it does not work for me. Is it because you just can't do that with spry? The menu does not update correctly when a new file with the model is stored in subfolders.

    I have the site set up with everything in the folder under the root except for the home page index.html file.

    so it's like this example:

    When I go to new-page open-model the temaplte and save it in the folder... links from the template do not update correctly.

    They look like this:

    the index in the all file page is linked to this:

    The files inside the records change perfectly. But no matter what I do the topic of navigation does not update right. What's meaning? I can't understand how to post code here!

    No not really... list of default file name? I mean if I type in http://websitename.com/about/ it will go get the index.html file in this folder.

    This problem can occur for the following reasons:
    • Auto-hide the taskbar has been selected for the taskbar and Start Menu Properties.
    • Your user account settings are corrupt.
    • The core files are damaged.
    • The Explorer.exe file does not load at startup.

    Make sure that the hide option automatically is not selected for the taskbar and Start Menu Properties.

    To determine if the hide option automatically is not enabled for the taskbar and Start Menu properties, follow these steps:

    a. press CTRL + ESC.

    b. If the Start menu is displayed, click on the Start menu and then click Properties.

    c. click on the task bar , clear the Auto-hide the taskbar option and then click OK.
