Import FLASH in dashboard

A new customer has provided an old FLA file with what looks like on animation complex... frame by frame and either 712 library assets... during the export to FLASH the PNG single or multiple of PNGS (72) is not the property that I seek to rebuild the animation and insert a different logo.

Is it possible to export FLASH assets and reimport on ANIMATE?

Spent about 2 days of fiddling w / this and I'm stuck and could use some help. Thanks in advance. Barbara

    It depends on what version of Premiere Pro that you are running. CC7.0.1 and earlier versions: Yes. CC7.1 and later: No. For a little more Flash on support being deleted: http://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/premiere-pro-cannot-import-flv.html

    The current version of Adobe Media Encoder continues to support importing Flash content, so if you are on the body 7.1 or later version, then one option is to use the SOUL to transcode to another format.

    When I insert a Flash Captivate 3 generated in a slide presenter file, the flash file will not play in the output of the publication. The slide image is displayed for 5 seconds and then stops.

    After further review, I found that my imported Flash files are not included in the output. Any ideas?

  • I want to import Flash assets into AE, is this possible?

    A client wants to test me with his already animated flash file animation (several characters, backgrounds, etc.). Can I use any software I want, and I want to do the project of sequels, just because I'm more comfortable with it. Is it possible to export its goods off Flash and import it into After Effects, so that I can rig and animate in AE?

    Æ may only use published SWF files and with serious limits to that. Otherwise Flash supports exporting things like images, files HAVE and SVG, but of course even that will require specific preparations and additional exported files work in Photoshop and Illustrator. I'm afraid this is going to be much more complicated than you and your customer probably thought.

  • Illustrator | import flash

    Hello-
    I am on MAC OS 10.4.7 with MX2004 and Adobe Illustrator CS2

    I'm creating a relatively complex animation. Well, the animation is not so complex as the illustration. I built it in illustrator, with every image of the storyboard in its own file. within each file different are a number of layers, there are some items that have a transparent trail, there are some raster images and items that have been grouped.

    My question is this:
    What is the best practice transfer/import/export files I created in Illustrator in Flash. Ultimately I want each illustrator file to be autonomous own symbol. I'm trying to recreate the least possible in flash, as I have done in illustrator.

    Thanks in advance
    one

    First choice is to export to SWF format of in Illustrator. Then import the SWF file in your Flash file.

    At the moment there no easy and foolproof way to import complex Illustrator files into Flash. Perhaps in the future Adobe will make more compatible.

    Ultimately, the best strategy, if you have something to be animated in Flash, the intention is to create Flash in the first place, or in a program for the power of lightning, such as Toon Boom Studio.

  • Imported Flash interactivity plays not

    I'm trying to import some SWFs of interactivity in Captivate 3. They seem to import correctly, but when I publish the project as they appear--all I get is a blank screen. I created a few test SWF in Flash 8 and these work fine and plays when published in Captivate.

    Any ideas? What to do with the Flash Player version that the interactivity SWF is published? It is said that they publish for Flash 9 and I put this in the publication settings in Captivate.

    As an info, Captivate supports load Flash Player 9 but not Actionscript 3.

    If your SWF of interactivity is coded using Actionscript 3, they will need to be reprogrammed as Actionscript 2 before they will work in Captivate.

    Kind regards

  • Help to import Flash video files

    I was hoping to get help with something that frustrates me.

    I have a file with two senior .fla. In the first image, I need a movie (.flv). When the film ends, I need to move to the next section on the time line.

    I have converted the original .mov to a .flv and imported into my file as an external w/reading viseo component and not the skin. It is now in my library as FLVPlayback and I gave it an instance name of "goFrame". Its contentPath is the name of my file (P1010472.flv) .flv

    So I put the FLVPlayback on my first image and I put a stop() in frame actions; and I have the text on the second image, also with a stop to see when the framework suggested.

    I found this code:

    var listenerObject:Object = new Object ();
    listenerObject. full = function (eventObject:object): Void
    {
    _root. gotoAndPlay (2
    );
    }
    myMedia. addEventListener ()"full" listenerObject
    );

    I was under the impression that I put this code in the actions for the framework that presents the video component (the first image)

    I replaced "myMedia" with "goFrame", which is the name of the instance that I gave my FLVPlayback, but what is the listener object? This is the code I have now on the first frame actions:

    Stop();

    var FLVPlayback:Object = new Object();
    FLVPlayback.complete = {function(eventObject:Object):Void}
    gotoAndPlay (2);
    }
    goFrame.addEventListener ("complete", listenerObject);

    but it does not advance at the end of the video, it stop frame 1 after playing the video.

    I know I have to name the "listenerObject" and the "myMedia" event listener, but I must say that I'm simply confused what goes where. I may be a bit dense, I have read the forums which are discussion this kind of thing, but can't understand what name goes where in this code or if I'm there enter correctly. It is simply not to advance.

    can anyone give me a tip?

    Chris

    use:

    var listenerObject:Object = new Object();
    listenerObject.complete = {function(eventObject:Object):Void}
    _root.gotoAndPlay (2);
    }
    goFrame.addEventListener ("complete", listenerObject);

  • Updated a dashboard available during manual import

    Hello

    When you import manually a dashboard customized on the portal of the custom user interface, multiple instances of the same dashboard is created.

    This requires the user to manually delete older versions of the dashboard.

    Is it possible to update the existing during the manual import dashboard?

    It would be useful for the user to update an existing dashboard where dashboard names are identical.

    Your suggestions are welcome.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Existing dashboards cannot "updated". They can be removed and replaced if film script, but not updated.

  • FlowPlayer is preferable to import an object of import of Dreamweaver Flash animation?

    I checked my traffic and see a lot of people do not watch the video on my site. On some connections, that I tested, the Flash Player will not load and I get a white box where it is supposed to load.  Usually, it works on my computer at home...

    (The method I had used was import/flash in Dreamweaver CS5)

    IM wondering if Flowplayer is a better deal or am I just recreate exactly the same thing.

  • Import of Flash CS5 Pr which is the best?

    I look around the web for it, there's a tute which exists in adobe.tv, but there must be a lot of people on the site because it does not load. I checked the forum and I see a few ways to do this so I want to know the differences (quality) or it does not matter.

    Real simple, I have to drop a flash swf, flv or converted to Quicktime in a creative project. It's a second 20 an animation loop. I read I can convert the fla in flv plug a drop which convert the SWF to a third party and which fall, convert .mov and drop that. Can someone let me know what is the way to go here?

    RD

    I can tell you what I remember doing about 5-6 years, when I need flash animation combined and edited for the TV show, I was working on...

    I remember that I used the flash, loaded file in the FLASH APPLICATION (while it wasn't ADOBE yet, but I got it sort - now it's even easier), and in the FLASH APP scenario I exported this 'film '...

    I remember he had this option - it wasn't under the path FILE-EXPORT. But somewhere, under a tab further to the right (as I recall)...

    And I remember at the time it was the best quality of this flash file I have to work with it first and edit with video...

    Just point to it - it was the era of DV and DVcam - and this is the Format in which I exported my flash files in and also my camera footage was DVcam as well...

    So, if you have all of CS5, try importing flash into ADOBE FLASH and export it as a video here... Although, it is probably possible to place it on the timeline as native flash first today, maybe he still gives a different (better) quality result or gives you additional options to put the flash in video file!

    Just a hint!

    Happy new year and good luck to you!

  • When importing a flash animation in captivate flash won't call external files

    Is there a way to import flash into captivate and it still be able to call external files (ie. xml sound or video)? When I import a flash in captivate it will not call any external file.

    Just for the follow-up of this. I got files from Marcus on the email and the problem is that the Flash file using ActionScript 3 (AS3) and Captivate 3 doesn't support the Flash AS3 files.

    That's why it would work as expected.
