  Hi, I created a site in Muse CC and everything works well except for one thing in the phone layout I created. I added a phone number for my client on their contact page and I can't understand how to transform this number into a calling device 'click '? as in the consultation of a smart phone you should be able to click on the phone number and have it call that, for the moment nothing happens and you can't even highlight the number to copy!

• Animation imported to the Muse does not work

  Created an animation in Animate, imported in a Web of Muse site and charge of the whole shebang on my new Web site. The Web site appears in my browser, but there is a large gray area fat where the Animate thing is. Says "we're sorry, this content requires Flash and it does not support.

  I thought that the ballyhoo all around this product because it has been working with Apple products.

  What I am doing wrong?

  If you want to use the HTML output only, start with a HTML5 canvas CC project. (or convert your existing project using Menu Commands > Convert to other document types and choose HTML5 Canvas from the option) animate.

  Once your project canvas of HTML5 is ready, export it as an OAM through publication settings.

  Place the OAM in Muse and test your site in the browser. It should all work fine this time, without the need of Flash Player.

• How to import another project MUSE in a project to open the site as I can first?

  You can do that in Muse. However that said that you can have two sites of Muse open at the same time and copy the content on. Another option is to simply create your pages library items in a site and then in your second site just drag the library items.

  A site cannot be imported in Muse. If you don't have the .muse file, you will need to re-create the site of Muse.

• ECWID Online Store Widget on layout of Muse phone pushing the development of the site on the left

  I tried many widgets of e-commerce, ecwid and they seem to do the same thing.

  On the phone of muse available when the store widget released pushes the layout to the left (looks well on preview) which seem bad but makes also if the menu does not work properly either.

  Can someone help me? Ive tried everything I can think of, there is nothing outside the provision which could be the cause, I also tried it with just the store sample thinking that it might be something on my store do...

  This one gives you the most style controls on all of them Widgets Ecwid | Adobe Muse Ecommerce. Have you tried to use that one? Personally I use it on my store and I've never had problems you describe.

• Issue import layout with Folio Builder Alternative

  Test of the Alternative layout works in InDesign CS6 right now and I created 4 Alternative Layouts (is this layout 1 and 3 Alternative Layouts?). The Alternative layouts, I created are:

  iPad 3 (2048 x 1536)

  iPad 2 (1024 x 768)

  iPhone 4S (960 x 640)

  iPhone 3 (480 x 320)

  Everything works fine in InDesign. Problem is when I try to import on DPS with the Panel Builder Folio. I get the following error:

  Error generating content.

  [Error: page in a document sizes are not supported.]

  See attached screenshot. Anyone else see this problem?

  

  When you create a document with alternative presentations, you cannot use Import at the moment. Use the Add button.

• Y at - it an easy way to create or import tables in muse

  I am trying to create a Web site that uses tables for things like rankings and results, but I need an easy way to put them in the muse.

  I got a discount to create tables in dreamweaver and import the HTML resulting, and I created tables in Indesign and imported as JPEG files, but this of course so does not allow me to change on the fly.

  If anyone can help.

  It has developed before on the other forum many times, and still there is no way to import editable tables directly in Muse.

• Lose the Master Page assignments after import layout

  I have a book with about 40 chapters, and I'm trying to change the page layout.  I update the master pages in Chapter 1 and then use the import formats to import master pages in the other chapters.

  However, when I go in the other chapters, the first pages lose their 'first' assignment page and just came with a normal allocation of L/R.

  If I Master Page use manually and change the first "chapter" page it works OK, but who will become a bit tedious for those chapters.

  Is it possible to keep the existing master page to use assignments when importing to page layout?

  Ah, interesting.  Of course, during the test of this morning, he had not this problem.

  But your message prompted me to finally understand that cryptic MasterPageMaps and so I made a chart like this, which seems to do the trick:

• Problem of layout of Muse from Adobe on iPhone / iPad

  Since the new Muse adobe update my site is called 'Home' doesn't fit not propperly on the screen of the IPhone and iPad. Need urgent help... My site is: www.highgloss.ch

  I have this black slideshow fullpage with the bottom line. And the whole bottom line is not fully displayed. Even on the screen of the IPad.

  I want the slideshow and the bottom line fits the screen. Now I can go up and down "sroll" line at the bottom (on iPhone and iPad). It's not what I want.

  I put hours in the Web site, and now I have this scrolling up and down the location of House. Bevore update everything was good.

  I created a design that is 960 pixels wide and realize that a wider page would be much better. Can I change the dimensions and the grid of the existing model? It is possible only by using InDesign and would be too good in Muse.

  In my conception of the Muse, I have a colorful header that is continuously to perfect my page width (also when I saw in my browser)

  When I insert a small image under this header and drop it on the same position (above and left) as my head color, the image seems to start at another position to the left, when I saw the page.

  Your header colored you key active full browser width?

  This would force the latter to stretch the width of the screen and thus appear to be in a different position from your photo when you view a preview.

  

• How to import layouts with vectors and direct type?

  I seem to have met a stumper on basic AE workflow. I would like to implement a workflow where I can set an application designs, then put in AE to animate and control the camera around. My intention is to make graphics like this: http://vimeo.com/25123730 (OK, well, not nearly as slick... yet)
  
  The difficulty is, if I throw my drawing in Photoshop after I import it, it will allow me to convert the direct type, but the vector shapes are pixelated all and I can't get them as vectors. If I throw in Illustrator, the shapes are net of all vectors, but my type is rasterized. I think that there is something that I have to Miss here.

  What is the solution?
  

  Missing you something, it's just like that. There is always hope for CS6 and beyond, but for now the only type of "vector", you will get Photoshop of text and the layer, which will be converted to AE masks, clipping masks if the PSD is imported as a composition. However, if you want to get an honest opinion: people obsess too much about this vector stuff. Many times it is not necessary to make it work still a raster image enough size and that's what I see looking at your example. The camera movements are not this extreme that they need excessive detail.
