Problem of layout of Muse from Adobe on iPhone / iPad

Since the new Muse adobe update my site is called 'Home' doesn't fit not propperly on the screen of the IPhone and iPad. Need urgent help... My site is: www.highgloss.ch

I have this black slideshow fullpage with the bottom line. And the whole bottom line is not fully displayed. Even on the screen of the IPad.

I want the slideshow and the bottom line fits the screen. Now I can go up and down "sroll" line at the bottom (on iPhone and iPad). It's not what I want.

I put hours in the Web site, and now I have this scrolling up and down the location of House. Bevore update everything was good.

  • Problem after removing the muse of adobe.

    Every time when I open Muse he gave me a notification of update, but the update seemed to not work.

    I read that I have to unsintall Muse (deleting the folder programs on mac) and reinstall everything simply. This is where it gets tricky because CC does not include that Muse is no longer available.

    So I reinstall can´t, because cc think it is still on my system. What can I do? help please.

  • Viewer from Adobe on iPhone sign of problems

    I can connect to Acrobat.com and digitalpublishing.acrobat.com successfully. I can see the folio I made in InDesign CS6 in digitalpublishing.acrobat.com, which gives think thatmy what ID is checked.

    My problem is when I try to connect to the Adobe Viewer on my iPhone application it tells me to connect using the logout button.

    If I go into settings, I can see accounts and preferences. In the accounts, there is a line of text that tells me to sign in my account, just enough, except only in the text is a button that says 'Sign Out'!

    If I click on this button, I can type my name Adobe ID and password in the fields and I went back to the same connect / disconnect screen.

    Anyone has any ideas that might help me test my application?

    Update... There seems to be a bug with the new content viewer. A bug was noted and investigating. However, this problem seems to be intermittent and not everyone is facing the same problem. Uninstall, reinstall, try on another network, give him another chance etc...

    Currently, mobile products of Acrobat Reader (for iOS, Android, Windows Phone) do not support dynamic XFA forms created with Adobe LiveCycle Designer.

    The message appears when dynamic content is not supported by a PDF Viewer.  As far as I know, no PDF viewers on iOS supports dynamic XFA forms.

    Please use the desktop version of Adobe Reader on a Windows or Mac computer to view and complete the XFA forms.

    You will need at least a professional account of DPS. Creative cloud allows only single edition iPad apps.

  • Problem of validation of Muse & contempt to Adobe for the professional community

    The subscription service is ridiculous.

    It took 4 hours troubleshooting with Support from Adobe on the phone and through their chat feature online on why my Muse subscription would not validate. Finally, a technician told me that there is a problem with the activation of Muse servers.  So I can't use Muse at all, I'll miss a sales lead time now.

    Adding to my ire, there is no way to complain to Adobe - no address of direct e-mail to the customer service and there really is no "customer" option on their telephone service.

    I don't see how their subscription service is a business model of teniable to their pro-utilisateurs. We cannot have our hourly production affected so severely on a product we licsensed to use.

    I constantly get popups saying "firefox has prevented the obsolete plugin adobe flash of opening", but I can't seem to update the plugin.

    I tried to go through firefox for the website https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ , but all I get is a spinning wheel. I tried to clear my cookies and refreshing firefox to fix it, but I always get the spinning wheel so I can't update my plugins via the Web site of firefox.

    Then, I went and downloaded the update directly from Adobe, but when I try to install I get an error message saying "your internet browser microsoft explore includes the latest version of adobe flash player" and it won't let me complete the installation. I checked that firefox is my default browser, but I still get the error message.

    I looked through many discussions on this help site, and nobody seems to have these two problems. They can update via the Mozilla Web site after updating to Firefox, or they have the fixed problem when updating through Adobe.

    Looks like you were trying to install the ActiveX version that is only for IE and not the version of database plugin for browsers like Firefox/SeaMonkey.

    Plugins like Flash, Java, Shockwave etc are installed on the system and not in Firefox and Firefox makes use of these Plugins.
