  This is weird stuff. Created the animate file and then imported it into a muse site I was developing. It imported on a white page for testing.

  I suspect that you have "grid overlay" on for Meknes pages you use, please get verification of implementation plan of the master page associated with this page > open the master page > right click and you will see the option as shown here: http://prntscr.com/u1xxe

• Edge Animate - elements not be loading or are slow to load on mobile devices

  I made this edge interactive animation animate.  All the graphics have been imported at the edge of the Illustrator as svg.  It works wonderful on desktop computers.  However, when I tried it on my Kindle Fire and the iphone 6, it's very slow and some elements didn't load at all.  Anyone can shed some light?  Thank you very much!

• IFRAME with edge animate do not respond on iPhone

  I've successfully added a block Edge animate a Squarespace page. The only way that I could understand how after having scoured the Squarespace forums and Googling had to use an iframe. It works great EXCEPT for on the iPhone. The animation is not updated scale so all see you is the top of it. Any ideas how to solve this problem?

  Finally, I think that I found a solution to this problem by modifying the css for the width of the iframe:

  min-width: 100%;

  I watched the great video on the use of the Twitter API in edge animate on Adobe TV and I thought I'd give it a go.

  I followed the steps and unfortunately it does not work for me... Not even an error during a test in a browser, nothing...

  If you get the same (or similar) mistake as shandraw71 mentions above, as a temporary workaround, you can download and install Adobe Application Manager (AAM) of the links posted here: http://www.adobe.com/applicationmanagerpatch/index.html

  After that, open MAO from the Start Menu (Windows) or the Applications (Mac OS) folder and then click on the link 'Install' right of Adobe Edge animate.

• TTL NI 9401 edge work but not able to count frequency

  I have a CompactDAQ, and a NI9401. I used this hardware with labview to control the speed of the crankshaft. My sensor (optical) output a square wave, amplitude 0 - 5v, TTL compatible.

  I check on an oscilloscope it is perfectly shaped tooth.

  I connect to 9401, and I try these 2 simple .VI attachment and weirdely,.

  the counting of edge work perfectly (and the increment speed matches the speed of the crankshaft)

  But, the frequency meserment or pulse with or period, do not work

  Anyone has any idea why?

  (I struggled for 4 hours and I did not understand it)

  Hey, I found my problem,

  I need to plug the wire into the line 5 instead of 4

  I chose ctr1 for example and then count dashboard ONLY works on number 4 and the frequency, period measuremnt etc work only on line 5.

  Please you naviagate to the control panel and uninstall Edge. Restart your machine, launch desktop CC, check the selected language and try to install again.   Basically the question in the title. EA seems to crash less often, when I use it with Safari. As far as I know, the only way to use it with Safari to set Safari as your default browser. But I would rather not do that. If EA can have its own "default browser"?

  After I wrote this, I have the figures on the issue. I had uninstalled edge animate but not Edge... I uninstalled Edge and that fixed the issue.

• Animation in Adobe Edge animate 2015 changes after I save and return

  Hi all.

  Thus, the 2014 version was very good.  In 2015, I created an animation.  Saved.  Closed the program.

  When I returned, stuff has been moved slightly and the animation was wobbly.

  The "axes" of items I had rotation went from the place I put them, towards the Center, so they go wrong.

  In addition, items decided just hard to move a part of the stage to the other.

  Any ideas?

  I couldn't find anywhere to downgrade in the Adobe Creative Cloud app (which I hate to do) to 2014, but if I have to, to save my company time and sanity, I will.

  Generally, the application Adobe Creative cloud has an option under 'Manage the Application', or somewhere, I think.

  Then, I understood what was going on.

  (1) all the graphics that you import into Edge animate must already be sized down.  If you resize them on board animate, well, I got unexpected results.

  (2) you must save it to your layers, one at a time, in Photoshop.  DO NOT use any batch process for this.  Once done by batch process in E.A. graph, I came across problems.

  (3) convert all you want turn to symbols.  Set the right anchor on the scene and inside the symbol.  This will ensure that your point of rotation remains consistent, save for save.

  (4) this is the second time where I posted a question, so that waiting for a correct answer, troubleshoot - it done myself and then returned and posted the answer.  Maybe I have a career hidden in Adobe technical support?  :-)

• I can't understand how to buy edge animate.

  I downloaded the free trial a month ago and it has expired, but I can't for the life of figure me out how to buy a month of service. Please answer as soon as POSSIBLE, I need the program for my final project!

  Unfortunately the edge animate is not available as a single App subscription.

  It is now an abandoned legacy application that is only available as part of the comprehensive Plan of cloud.

• Why used ONE of my animations race outside edge Animate

  I can't work this. Im trying to create a drag and drop game using edge animate/Jquery.

  IM following a tutorial to the letter, but none of my symbols is draggable when I saw.

  If your draggable any transition, he will do it. You can't have an animation on your draggable on the main timeline. You can if it's a symbol as in my example. The animation is in symbols rather than on the main timeline.
