• Should this preset I use to take a DVD video or a video on my PC to import into a PE10 project

  I'm trying to take the video to a standard def DVD I've already done and put it in another project first elements 10.

  So far, I tried to import the video on the DVD using the hard drive, Flash memory, camera preset (Standard 48 kHz) and import the DVD player.  Imports video, but when I put the clip in the timeline, it is horrible and does not display.  It is in an area within the screen.

  I read in a book Muvipix that's how can I import all the video from a PC drive.  Is there something else that needs to be done?

  The same thing is happening on videos filled that I created and saved in the Video folder in my PC.  When I try to put them in another project of first 10 Elements, the resolution is terrible.  I'm not sure which preset to use.

  There are two elements here, but it seems to have taken both.

  First, there is the project settings, which should be NTSC (for NTSC-land, or PAL PAL-land), DV or Standard 4:3, widescreen 16:9, according to the DVD-video, you use as source.

  Then there is how get you the media, and since you do this VOB, it will be the camera disk hard-setting it. This will import the MPEG-2 files, wrapped in the VOB container, with the exact order of the fields.

  Don't know why pre is complaining about this project, unless you choose Standard and widescreen, or vice versa.

  Now, you do not really capture, because it is a SD to HDV miniDV cassette, also a bunch of nimiDV, but only one in HD.

  What you do is import the MPEG-2 files. It is the same if we had HD as AVCHD, originally filmed in an SD card or other card Flash Media.

  I work in Windows Movie Maker.  I imported the pic of a flash drive files.  When I return to my project overnight the pictures do not exist.   They don't last load because the 'not found' files, mysteriously images loaded back up everything.  I have no idea of what I did, but they found themselves back much to my relief however, today, I'm not so lucky.    Tonight, it's the same thing, but the only way I can get the pictures if I find the missing photo 1 by 1 by right click and search for my flash drive.  I have my flash drive in my computer when I started working on my project again. I put a dvd set for my nursery and I have many many photos and I can't click on each of them.  Please give me some useful advice soon so I'm not crazy!  School is out next week! I know that there must be an easy fix.

  Thanks to accentuate the problem with these files where does not appear XMP. I forgot to mention.

  In fact it seems anyway, except the copy of the files to import metadata from prelude to prelude/pre pro. Markers or the metadata in the metadata Panel, both work the same way in the prelude.

  There is only one thing, I can think of that workflow. You can select the same markers on files where the XMP files are created, then copy these xmp files to another drive/system and import via panel data associated with files that do not create XMPs.

  Although not up to the mark, but may be it could be of use.

  If we are talking about newsletters, this is a HTML file which have links to all items with do not involve java scripts.

  So far, MUSE uses java scripts for control of its design, you can see this by creating a file in MUSE and exported to HTML, you will get a "scripts" folder in which all the .js exist.

  So the answer is no we can not build newsletters in MUSE so far.

  I need to migrate groups, users and their configuration information from one application to another application with dev server itself. Can someone tell me how can I do this using LCM. I'm getting confused in the options available under applications-> Foundation groups-> Shared Services in LCM.
  There are many options available as the native directory
  Groups a) (b) users) c d) Native directory roles->-> assigned roles planning-> "App name".
  
  So, what options to choose to migrate groups, users and their configuration information.
  
  2ndly the application names are different because they are on the same server. In what files I need to change the name of the application (files will be created just by making export FCL like Group.csv etc)
  
  I'm working on 11.1.1.3 version. My requests are classic planning apps.

  It is possible to copy the provision by right-clicking a Shared Services planning application and select "Copy Provisioning" and then select the application to copy the commissioning to.

  If you want to do through LCM > Foundation > Shared Services > native Directory > planning > PlanningAppName

  ExportSecurity/ImportSecurity planning utilities are only for export/import of planning permissions.
  This can be done using LCM > select the planning application > Security > access permissions

  It is already possible to synchronize lips without using a microphone. Import a file (File/Import) a wav or aiff. Drag it into the scene. Select the puppet that you want to synchronize lips. Then click on timeline/Compute Lip Sync audio of the scene.
