Import Photos do not sync up to Photostream

I sync my pictures taken on all my iDevices via Photostream Photos app and that works for me. I have a question where it seems I can only sync one way.

All images imported into the Photos on my iMac, captured by the camera in jpeg format, will not download to my devices (something that apple says is a feature of Photostream). I need to create an album and synchronize it like that. I'd rather be downloaded automatically and appear on my iDevices with the rest of my photos rather than sitting in a separate folder.

I hope you can help...

What are your settings on your Mac and on every IOS device iCloud?

  • Imported CD, music not sync iPad Mini

I got the music from a CD in my iTunes library. They appear on my phone just fine, but when I try to sync my iPad Mini, all music from the physical CD that I imported from is not displayed. I had this problem before, and I couldn't fix re-importing each CD - something that took forever!

Is there a solution to this? In addition, files that I downloaded on the internet show no more.

It seems that only my music who bought on the iTunes Store is. I have 'entire music library' selected when I click 'sync '.

  • Imported photos do not appear in the photo browser, but are all the Photos in the album

Some of my imported photos appear in the album pictures, but do not appear when I select the Photos button (that is the one next to "Shared") to browse my photo library.  This happens with photos imported from a GoPro camera SD card.  No idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

  • Importing photos is not possible

    Hello

importing photos into Lightroom is no longer possible. I plugged a NikonD80, an Iphone6: won´t import window - view all Photos. Of course, there are a lot of photos not imported on memory cards!

Same problem with the internal or external drives hard. Before that, I imported thousands of photos with LR6 without any problem.

I would have tried to UN - and reinstalling LR6, but I Don t know how to get the Adobe uninstaller program.

I have the LR 6.6.1 standalone Version and Mac OS X 10.9.5.

Would appreciate your help. Thank you very much in advance!

Check the Destination area to ensure that the selected folder has write permissions.

Copy the images from the phone to the computer's hard drive, and then import.

Take the card from the camera and put in a card reader, and then try to import. If that doesn't work then copy images off the card to a folder on your hard disk and then import from there.

  • Photos do not sync

    Hey everybody,

I use Adobe Revel on my iPhone 4s, my iPad, my Macbook Pro and iPad Mini.

I have an album that I try to sync on all four devices.

When I added pictures and deleted photos that only sync on my desk and my iPad.

My Mini iPad and my iPhone 4S version the same album has no added new photos, nor is he removed those that I deleted.

Any ideas what this could be?

    Please let me know.

Still having it?  If so, I suggest to restart Revel on devices that are not in sync and see if that helps.  Let us know.

  • My photo stream not sync on Photos

Literally, I'm baffled by this problem.

I have an iMac 2010, fully updated with OS X El Capitan. Photos works perfectly on this computer and my photo stream everything is synchronized and actively implemented to date.

    I have a new, very expensive 2015 Mac Mini i7, 16 GB, 1 TB fusion (1.09 TB free 1.11), also with OS X El Captian v 10.11.3 - fully up-to-date.

When I opened the pictures on the mac, I have no less than 92 of my Photo stream Photos. There are currently 791 in my feed on my phone or my iPad.

    On the Mac Mini.

Photos > Preferences > iCloud is configured as follows:

    • My photo stream - enabled
    • iCloud, photo sharing - enabled
    • iCloud photo library - not selected.

System Preferences > iCloud > Photos is configured as follows:

    • iCloud photo library - not activated
    • My photo stream - enabled
    • iCloud, photo sharing - enabled

On my iPhone 6 and iPad 2 Air, iCloud is configured as follows:

    • iCloud photo library - not activated
    • My photo stream - enabled
    • iCloud, photo sharing - enabled

If I take a new picture on one of my mobile, it appears on my new Mac Mini in photo > Albums > my photo stream, but I am unable to get one of my old images.

The oldest of the stream was taken on 27 Jan 16. I can't get my head around it as the settings above for the mini are the same exact settings has my iMac and Photos of work very well on the iMac.

    If I find information for Photos > Albums > My Photo Stream, it says January 25, 2016, 20:31 - February 25, 2016, 13:59

It's like it's synchronization only one month with a value of images.

I deleted the photo library and tried, killed the process (according to the many guides online), rebounded from the machine, nothing works.

I left this Mac Mini on days with power off eco mode so it's just day and night, with nothing but open Photos, and it made no difference.

What's not here? I hit a brick wall.

  • photos do not sync via USB

I want to synchronize my photos from my iPhone 5 for my iMac via USB, so I can remove them from my camera.  When I connect my iPhone, it seems pictures is not recognize.  It used to open and ask if I wanted my pictures deleted once they have been synchronized, but it is no longer made it automatically.  The last time, I stumbled upon a way to make it work, but I don't remember what I was doing, and I'm having the same problem.

Connect your phone to your Mac. Launch the Photos app, and then do what it says in bold below.

How to stop the Photos App launching automatically in OS X

    1. Connect the iPhone, camera, SD card, etc for Mac and app launch Photos leave itself as usual
    2. On the tab 'Import' from the Photos app, look in the upper left corner to find the device name, this indicates that the material is no longer automatically activate Photos app
    3. Click on the checkbox to 'Open Photos for this device' is more selected (, this failover on would allow the Photos app to open automatically when the device is connected)
    4. Smoking out Photos app, the change is immediate for this device - this can be activated at any time in the same app screen OS X Photos
  • Importing photos does not work

I use lightroom 4 and 5 on a Mac. Although the photos to import preview is displayed I only get the message that importation could continue (1) and the ability to save data as one: txt file. It was with Lightroom 4. It started first with being unabel to import directly from the camera, then I swithched to insert the SD card directly into the laptop. It worked only after the first download to the desktop. Later, it did not work either. I thought that the program had become vice. Preview has always worked and export is very good. I have therefore updated Lightroom 5 in hopes that would solve the problem. However, everything remains the same. Import does not always work with pictures of any format. for example, jpg or RAW.

  • My iPhone storage is full, would be - what the Photos are not sync?

I have an iPhone 16 gb 5 s, I have a 200GB of storage iCloud (167 GB available). Local storage on my iPhone is full.

I subscribed to the Apple's music and I created iCloud photo library, optimize the iPhone storage, to save space and it worked at first. Double the space occupied by the photos. Seeing that the pictures were taking such a much I lived my iPhone has removed some - no difference. I went my MacBook Air and deleted a thousand pictures and saw no difference on my phone and noticed at that time that my phone was not in harmony with my Mac.

I need to disable iCloud library and then reactivate, he lose the photos I've taken since the last synchronization?

When I take HDR photos I do not save the normal photo.

If delete you things and it does not reflect in the phone's memory, it is too late to make changes to settings on the phone. What helps create a backup and restore from this backup. Then library in 90% of cases will be able to optimize itself and then you should be OK for a while.

  • Import TXT subtitles not synced!

    Hi all

With the help of subtitles Edition 3.1, Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 and Adobe Encore CS5.1.

I just spent a few days to transcribe a long training DVD. I want to be a normal subtitle to DVD subtitles track. My workflow has been:

    * Change the full video.

    * Export with Media encoding in MPEG2.

    * I used Subtitle Edit 3.1 doing the transcription.

    * Exported/saved in the Adobe Encore TXT file.

    * Started at Adobe Encore CS5.1 project. Imported from the MPEG2 even as active.

    * Imported TXT as a new subtitle track.

The subtitles start well, but they have a sort of drift. I thought that still was supposed to deal with TC/no drop drop formats? The end of the time of the video, the subtitles are 3 seconds delay. For example, I have a title that is supposed to be in TC 00:52:46:10 (it's the timecode, not time). When I import it, it actually happens at TC 00; 52; 49 11.

Someone has an idea of what's going on? I have Subtitle Edit in place for 29.97 frame rate. What is a conversion problem? Or do I really need to put images between titles? It gives a warning on Blu - ray, but I only do the DVD.

    Any ideas would be great!

I'll try to put the video with dynamic links to see if that will better match.

    Hello

Fresh installation of El Capitan on a MacMini 2009. end migration Assistant has any more nicely (the first MacBook 2008 under Snow Leopard) thank you very much, Tim Cook.

I tried to sync my iPhone 5s (9.3.4) and she does it very well the first time. I noticed an album in importing photos has not been selected, so I selected the album and reconnected to synchronize again. Hours, literally hours pass and the synchronization continues. Stuck at step 7 of 8.

I tried force quit, nada, vestiges of the State.

I tried to stop the synchronization in the settings on the iPhone and reconnect, nada, condition remains.

I am tired of everything put out in Photos and on the iPhone iCloud releated photos and photo sharing, nada condition remains.

My first choice is to let the iPhone be connected and synchronization during the night.

    Any other suggestions?

  • Impossible to download book of the Cloud and the photos are not synchronizing

I'm unable to download a book from cloud and my iPhone on my iPad. I also find that my photos are not sync for my iPad.

It would be useful that you explained what happens when you try to download the book.

It would also help if explain you what you mean when you say that your photos are not sync to your iPad. Synchronization is the process of connecting your iPad to your computer to move the content back, and that the content will include photos.

If you use iCloud photo library and they photos do not appear on the iPad, it's a different process which would be run in a different mode.
