Import problems w / 2015.2.1 updated to Lightroom CC

Been using Lightroom successfully for about 18 months w / a Macbook Pro 8 G RAM OS OX 10.11. Recent updates to LR, namely 2015.2.1, has tapped previous example import flawless function:

  • When you open the import from SD camera card, if you view possible using Loupe View selections, the maximum that I can choose is 10-12 images, then MacBook slows to a crawl LR crashes and then firm without so much as a ticket yourself. Does not occur in the display of the grid.
  • As a discipline when I finish a day shooting, I take camera cards and immediately all select, copy and paste the images to an external drive using the Finder. When I try to import images from Lightroom tells me all images, that I try to select in the folder appropriate to this road have already been imported. I think that this extends to some parts of the direct import maps.

This update "valorisation" is a royal pain in the neck which I have found no work autour over or through.

    Yes, well after that I will support the call last night with remote desktop, they got installed 2015.6. I don't know exactly yet why it was a problem, but I had to direct import to the normal destination of the files and then put it back and then it worked.

    When I try to update of Lightroom (and InDesign), I get the following message.

    Any thoughts?  I have installed and uninstalled LR CC (2015), three times now, as well as restarted my Mac and my existing LR5 is not updated to the new version.

    No, you must disconnect, Quit and logout is different.

    Sign out of the creative cloud and connect and try to launch the Lightroom application.

    Note: Do not try to launch the application from the Applications folder Lightroom.

    Important:

    Even still face problem? follow the procedure below:

    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

    ~/Library

    Under library, navigate to the Preferences folder and open the same.

    Search the preferences file named as com.adobe.Lightroom6.plist under Preferences folder and move it to the desktop.

    Make sure that there is no Lightroom com.adobe plist file present inside.

    Disconnect then creative cloud and connect and try to launch the Lightroom application.

    Note: Do not run the application kept per file Lightroom.

    Important:

    In my opinion, Yes to download and install Windows updates. Most are security to stop means hackers and other updates fix issues with various parts of the operating system and other Microsoft products, that you have on your PC. Take the time to display updates from time to time like things like the service packs and new web browsers may require you to check the box to get them, service pack must be installed by themselves. When it comes to optional updates for the drivers, it may be better to get them from the manufacturer of the device, or if you have a brand PC from their website name.

    You will hear tales that updates have crashed a system and I don't know there was some that were far from perfect, but usually it's because of problems on the PC in question, or some third-party software, I put some updates for automatic on my clients machines installation and it brings me no work - think Maybe I should stop this.

  • import iPhone fail since the last update CC

    PC rebooted, phone; switched ports and USB cables. Nothing.

    Lightroom sees the phone, but just keeps spinning and doesn't show no previews or ability to import.

    I had already downloaded the recent update on photoshop cc 2015 today without any problem, but could not enter the lightrm cc 2015 app update to download. Now, I get undefined error message.  How can I correct this situation so I can't enter the upgrade application correct ltrm.  I did leave the creative cloud on the office logo and no go.  I have a dell inspiron 386 computer with ie 11 is installed.  Have windows 7 hp.   • Goal profiles went after the last update of Lightroom CC 2015.5

    After the last update of Lightroom CC 2015, almost all lenses profiles have disappeared. Very limited and none of my friends are listed. Most of my friends is common.

    dwveale is correct. The last update has watered to Lightroom read and display the data for the goal. I use a set of Nikon lenses bodies which are all in the previous database and all extremely common/modern lenses.

    Now what happens when I import a picture (no matter the format JPG or NAVE), the following events occur:

    (1) the field of the lens does not appear on the library module.

    (2) model lens does not appear using the overlay of information

    (3) the lenses in the right metadata search profile search says "unknown lens.

    In addition, you can apply corrections to profile of lenses to RAW and JPG files. If you did the distortion control behind closed doors to a JPG file, the correction of the profile basically does nothing. However, if you do not have it will make corrections of distortion.

    This paralyzes my library, in particular the ability to display the objective model and search by type of goal. Anyone know a fix or do we go back a version?

    1. Turn off apply tone auto under Lightroom preferences settings
    2. Restart Lightroom and then import images again.

    My guides are everywhere, since I updated my Illustrator last week. The guides are solid lines while they should be dotted (as defined in my preferences) when I'm zoomed out... and then disappear or become dotted but moved when I Zoom.

    It's so frustrating! I can't work like this!

    You can try to disable the GPU performance by clicking on the icon of the rocket in the bar of the App, or on the top of the menu bar, deselect the box Performance GPU; You may also uncheck performance GPU in your preferences.

    I think that the issue should be fixed with the 19.0.1 patch.

    What questions are you talking? Music of Apple, it's where you posted what you use? What music has been lost? It's all in your Apple's music. The rest should be in your iTunes library on your computer. I have almost 2K songs in my iTunes library and they have all been there since the very beginning, across all iOS and iTunes updates.

    What happens when you try to restore your phone to iTunes? What it the music has to do with whatever settings you have for music and once again, depends on your participation with music Apple or any other service.

    Try it please take a moment to build a question, describing what occurred, what device you use, what computer OS you use, and what troubleshooting steps you tried to correct. In addition, you use the services of Apple, and have you backed up your phone and your computer.

  • Display problems in Firefox after some updates for windows 7

    Updated with a few windows 7 corrects and installed sp1. After a reboot, I realized that FF I messed up big time and have no idea how to fix this. I have reinstalled/restarted but nothing works. Could someone help me with this? Photos of problem below

    Hello bkuu, this could be a problem with hardware acceleration. try updating your graphic driver, or in the case where there is no new version available at the time disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > general. in case you cannot access the menu options because of the question you are currently experiencing, launch of firefox in safe mode first.

    I get a message saying that the update could not be verified and tells me to re-download and try again.

    Tried several times.  It does not work.

    What is the trick to install?
    I even want to since it is obviously "not ready for prime time?

    -Did you check the firewall / security setting I guess?

    -Start in SafeMode (shift after the startup chime) > restart as usual and download again

  • Problem in reboot loop after updates.

    I have windows XP on an Asus A8V-E-SE motherboard has developed a problem in reboot loop after updates.  It will not go in safe mode either.  Stop at a display of the driver.  I used the recovery console using the XP cd and you can see the update directories in the systemroot folder.  I followed the instructions in the forum to uninstall every update by accessing commands back to the subdirectory spuninst update and then run "Batch spuninst.txt.  I get a bunch of 'access denied' messages for each of them (varies in amount of "access denied" messages by everyone but consistent for each.)  It's not like the batch uninstall for the update does not work.  I tried to uninstall all updates yesterday 10/02/10 (I had 10) even with the "access denied" messages, but it still will not initialize properly.  No way to move the access denied message?
