Lightroom CC (2015), do not update LR5

Any thoughts?  I have installed and uninstalled LR CC (2015), three times now, as well as restarted my Mac and my existing LR5 is not updated to the new version.

No, you must disconnect, Quit and logout is different.

Sign out of the creative cloud and connect and try to launch the Lightroom application.

Note: Do not try to launch the application from the Applications folder Lightroom.

Important:


"Launch application Ligthroom CC 2015, by double clicking on Lightroom cc 2015 option in the list of Apps in cloud creative application".

Even still face problem? follow the procedure below:

(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

~/Library

Under library, navigate to the Preferences folder and open the same.

Search the preferences file named as com.adobe.Lightroom6.plist under Preferences folder and move it to the desktop.

Make sure that there is no Lightroom com.adobe plist file present inside.

Disconnect then creative cloud and connect and try to launch the Lightroom application.

Note: Do not run the application kept per file Lightroom.

Important:

    Please ensure that the Lightroom is updated to 2015.1.1. Also in the development module under the process version camera calibration Panel should be 2012.

    Creative cloud: lightroom cc 2015 is not in the list of the app to upgrade. I have Lightroom version 5 in win 7 32 bit.

    Since Lightroom 2015 CC (Lightroom 6) is a new product, it will not show as an update. Instead, press the button install next to Lightroom in the creative cloud Adpbe desktop application. If you do not see 'install' by Lightroom in the application manager, please first try to log out and return to: connect and disconnect from the creative cloud desktop application

  • Lightroom CC (2015) does not recognize the lenses since the last update

    I installed updates to Lightroom CC (2015), CC Bridge and Photoshop CC (2015) on 20 March. Since then, LR does not have lens ID in the exif data. It displays all the lenses as 'unknown '. This issue coincides with the last update and I confirmed that the lens information in the exif data. What is the reference for this?

    It will not be restored automatically. My understanding is that after upgrading to the next version, it will be necessary to filter the images concerned, select all, Ctrl / Cmd + S to write metadata (in order to keep all work performed since importation), then do file metadata reading to get the lenses update info.

    Open the creative cloud desktop application and disconnect then you restart the computer. Open the new CC and Sign In desktop application. Now they appear to be updates?

  • Update of Lightroom CC 2015 cannot be updated

    I have a cloud creative for subscription by teams, valid, up-to-date and paid for.  My creative cloud Manager application opens fine and shows that everything is up to date, but I know that I'm a version or two behind.  My personal plan CC home photography Lightroom to 2015.1.2 I think, but the CC Office for facilities only CC 2015 teams, none of the point releases after that.  Even for Photoshop or any application I have in my full CC on behalf of teams.

    My team tells me that we are not blocking the updates to the VIP level or account.  I tried to uninstall individual applications, the application CC, a disconnection and folder Manager, countless restarts... nothing seems to make any progress. Applications to open and you try to run updates in the menu help displays a line greyed out for the update button.

    Is there anything else to check?  Something hung up?

    Support team was wrong, they were delete updates.

  • Lightroom cc 2015 does not open after installation today, 24/04/15

    Today, 24/04/15, downloaded and installed Lightroom cc 2015 on my machine WIN 7 Dell 8300 Desktop.  The icon appears on the desktop, but it does not open.  I find the .exe file and double clicked on it and it opens either.  The list of installed programs shows that Lightroom was installed today, but it does not open.  I am currently in Lightroom 5.x, Photoshop cc 2015 and they always start ok; they have been also updated this afternoon.  Anyone have the same experience and determine what needs to be done to correct the installation?

  • Lightroom CC (2015) does not load

    When I try to open Lightroom CC (2015), nothing happens.  Manager tasks indicates as loaded Lightroom with about 28% cpu - so anything that happens in the background.  I logged in and out of the clouds creative and restarted Windows 10, but it does not work.  Even if by chance I get on it to open it, it just sits there with "Loading" on the screen.  It's about two weeks ago and I am really frustrated.  What is the reference for this?  Any ideas?

    Here also to inform you that in case you are on Windows 7 32 bit OS, LR is not compatible with that.

  • Photoshop CC 2015 does not update since 2 days. The update of Lightroom was working yesterday.

    I had to turn off "import Show, show add ' LR prefs... restart LR...

    Then, install the oldest... Previous versions of CC PS 2015.16... In the course of a new...

    Then reinstall the new update... and everything seems to work ok now
