Import video Looping on iPad

I imported a video (mp4) on a Captivate slide.  It works fine on a desktop browser, but on the iPad iOS7 video starts a loop for a few seconds, then it stops and moves to the next slide.

I don't see the option on 'looping' imported videos mp4 in the properties panel.  Is there a way to make this stop?

I am using Captivate 6 on a Windows 7 computer.

Here is a link to the video if you want to see the problem on slide 3 of first-hand an iPad.

Jim

In fact, I tested it myself, Dan.  I downloaded the trial version 7 Captivate and the video still looping on the iPad even if it's just a slide.

Looks like I'll recommend 'no upgrade to Captivate 7' to my officers and the team until this bug is fixed.

  • Video loop and the auto play via HTML

    Hello.

I try to add an automatic start looping video of my folio with HTML code, because the DPS video options still don't allow video loop.

    I tried the following:

    "" < video src = 'movie.mp4 ' AutoPlay loop controls > < / video >

Video playback, but unfortunately, the Autorun feature does not work in the viewer of content for iPad.

Because I know that in a HTML video autoplay has been successfully used in the past by Bob Bringhurst in This example , I then tried the old < embed > tag used by Bob y.

    < EMBED SRC = "movie.mp4" AUTOSTART = TRUE LOOP = TRUE > "

    But here too: no autoplay.

    Something changed here? Any ideas?

By the way: I test first on the iPad, but it also works well on Windows.

    Kind regards

    Toni

AutoPlay does not work in the video embedded in HTML on iOS.

  • Newbie on imported video question

    Hello

I'm trying to integrate a movie in the timeline. I want him to play once and then have the page redirects to another page afterwards (I'm trying to create a splash screen). I don't want the movie player, that's why I chose to include it.

I can import the movie and integrate very well but it loop just forever and I can't seem to redirect.

Can anyone help with this one?

    Thank you

    James :-)

File - import - import video... Go to your video, select, then press 'next', then select embed videos in timeline, press 'next' in the drop-down list select Movie Clip, press 'next', select the quality and all that, then finished... your film will be on scene within a clip..., double-click the movie into the clip... Insert a new layer, go to the last frame of your movie and in the new layer select the image directly above the last frame of your movie, press F6, and then open the Actions panel and paste the code that I provided, which will redirect to the new page... Click here for the sample. (it is 1.8 MB).

  • Import videos: camera roll videos vs app

Hello. I just discovered that it is possible to import videos into the film or the video app. I wonder if one of these methods is better than the other? The only advantage of the app videos until now, I've noticed, is that it shows some details about the video (for example, the size, the resolution).

If you want to watch movies or videos, that app videos would be better in my opinion, because things can get jumbled in the film.

(No content. You can buy videos from the iTunes Store).

If I use the search on the iPad, videos I transvered will be named. But if I start them I touch the ground in the video icon with the same notes:

"Kein Inhalt. Sie können videos aus dem iTunes Store kaufen. »

(No content. You can purchase videos from the iTunes Store)

How can I get my videos began on the iPad?

    What is the problem here?

    Thx for your outfit.

When you perform the search, and videos appears in the search, have you tried to click on the arrow to the right of the video in the search to see if it will start to play?

If your recorder video/camera has USB ports as well as FireWire ports, you can try to download the film via USB using this adaptation set.

  • Import videos on my iPhone as photos on macbook pro

When I import videos from my iPhone for pictures on my macbook pro, they read that the videos on my computer, but when I try to upload them to Facebook, Facebook will not identify them and shen I save on my desktop they save as a file image IMG_5438.m4v for example.  Why is this happening?  Shouldn't he 'function' when you import video from your iPhone to your macbook pro?  I don't know what to do please help!  I need to get these videos on Facebook for my direct marketing job. I spent two hours on the phone with 4 different people from Apple yesterday and they couldn't help.

Are you sure, that the file saved to the desktop is an image?. The file name extension .m4v suggests it's a video. Try to double click on it. It should play. Part e the name of the name of the file will always be IMG, when you import from an iPhone, the file name extension is what counts.

  • is it possible to import photos from an iPad in smart folders in Photos for Mac

Is it possible to import photos from the Photos on an iPad to smart for Mac photo albums?

You cannot import into the smart albums.  You can only import into your photo library and then create a smart album with the constraints that you want.

To import photos from your iPad connect it to your Mac with a USB connection and download the photos you want on your Mac in your photo library.

What kind of smart albums you want to set up? If you want a smart album with pictures of your iPad, create a smart album ' file > New Album of Smat "and use a constraint: model camera is iPad

I have an iPad Air. I took a 40 min video with my iPad and am able to see it on the iPad. However, when I tried to transfer it to my laptop, I see this video on the laptop from the list of the iPad. It shows and transferred everything that I took on the iPad (other shorter videos and pictures) just not the big one one. How can I transfer it? Help, please.

  • Import video 8 Sony DCR-TRV210E PAL

    Hi all

I would like to import video from my friend E DCR-TRV210 (Sony).

Importing digital video (iMovie) works very well.

Import analog Vidoeo (that I assume to be converted by the DCR) works:

I can see the video online on my screen when I start the import.

Complete the import...: NOTHING (black screen)

There are a few files that point to the correct video-name (for example, "test") but no directory

    "Original media" a.s.o..

    Can someone help me, please?

BTW. : I'm on MAC Pro El Capitan (10.11.3), video comes through fire-wire 400 to fire wire 800 in love at first sight!

iMovie version 10 requires the timecode for the import.

Your camcorder product for digital tape timecode but not for the digital conversion analog (cassette Hi8).

This is the case even when you use the camcorder in pass-through mode. (analog to DV out).

You can try to use QuickTime Player to record instead of iMovie, it's on your Mac.

It seems not to need to import timecode.

How to use QuickTime Player - Apple Support

Follow the instructions to record a movie and select Maximum quality.

Then, you need to import the data into iMovie.

Note that you won't get the scene breaks as you would a digital tape, but a long clip rather making it a bit more tedious to change.

  • I just lost my very important video

I lost my very important video, I tried to move the video on Pc, but the first time my video has been removed from the iphone, but it stops and pc video is also corrupt but video is now not in iphone5s. How can I get it back.

Please tell me how to recover.

If you have the computer configured to delete the file after the import, the only possibility, you must recover the file is if you had a backup of the iPhone with the video about it. If this is the case, you could restore the phone to this backup to restore the video. Don't forget, if you restore your phone on a backup, any act performed since that time will be lost.
