  I solved my problem. I had to uninstall and install again organization. Now it works well. I think the beginning of the problem because I'm doing a sequence of time and had to change from my original photos DSLR frame rates.

• Import of projects from Premiere Pro 2.0 in first CS5.5 - bad results

  Hello people,

  I'm planing to upgrade my Premiere Pro CS5.5 2.0. I try the test version that I like very much.

  But I have problems when I try to work with my old projects.

  Indeed I can import (copies of courses) in the CS5.5 whithout any problems. But all the sequences that once consisted of many clips and titles are now only a single strip of monolytical in the timeline panel. This is the whole movie, but no clips or other components are more visible.

  I need to see everything as it was during development, not only something like the final version.

  I read several threads in this forum on open issues / inport. But they all sounded like they concerned about more basic steps.

  I can do imports, but the result is poor.

  Does anyone know the thing I have to apply - or is that really what Adobe calls "import"?

  Double click on the sequence imported into the timeline panel. As they have been published, which will open the timeline with all the clips.

• No video in the source on the new installation of cloud Premiere Pro monitor (February 2014)

  I signed up with the service cloud, February 2014. I downloaded Premiere Pro and I am going through the training tutorial (the Eagle doco). I downloaded and imported the video into a sandbox, but when I put it in the source (top left of the standard screen) monitor, I see black, but hear the audio. I know that the video is very good as long as can play office. Opened another project, using any other source video I also know to be good, but same problem... no visible video in source don't monitor but audio ok in the source monitor. It is a brand new facility first Pro. Is there a change in the configuration I do it please?

  Don't know if it's the Protocol to answer your question, but I found this answer in another discussion that has worked for me (transition to Mercury Playback Engine software only), in case someone else has a similar problem. Thank you, George Fox! John Clarke

  Please contact Adobe. Sorry to hear about your problems. You don't need to buy anything in addition to operate. Please try disabling made material in the project settings by selecting file > project settings > General, and then to change the rendering engine affecting "Engine Mercury software reading." only If it is already set to sofware, see if you can get one preview of video files other than the files included in the tutorial. If you are unable to get a glimpse of other files, you may need to reinstall first. Hope that helps.

  After the first Pro CC 7.1 upgrade, I'm not able to import files swf and previous project with swf files consider them as offline. This is just a bug with my installation or this feature has been avoided?

  After effects always recognize swf files, so these steps might actually be better for you:

  1. Import SWF in After Effects, create a publication
  2. Open Premiere Pro and import timeline .aep (After Effects project file) which contains the .swf
  3. Do what you always used to do

  This is an extra step and a boring for sure based on your old workflow, but you should be able to register your second step transcoding, which will save you time and increase the quality of the final result.

  Hi, first thing to try is to check whether the project file backup is automatically available.  If you haven't changed the drive working settings when creating the project, then automatically saves these last will be in a folder bearing mention Auto records next door where you have created/saved file .prproj work.

  Try to open one of them to see if all your clips, sequences, and your changes are present.  You may have to back up a bit and redo some work but better than losing.  Normally they record every 15 minutes up to 20 copies of the project of maintenance (unchanged).

  Don't forget to check your AutoSave preferences in future Macs: PremierePro > preferences > Autosave PC: Edit > Preferences > backup automatically.   Make sure backups Save to creative cloud as more redundancy - this requires that you change to a workstation connected to the internet.

• GTX 750 Ti not used for Premiere Pro work cc 2014

  I have a well specc'd had PC running Windows 8.1.  Intel i7 6 core HT, loads of Ram, 2 SSD drives, etc.  I have also a GTX 750 Ti GPU, I thought I would help with Pr mounting accelerated effects.  I've just updated today to version of the nVidia 353.06 driver after removing the old driver completely.  I have used Pr Pro CC 2014 and have just updated to 2015 Pro Pr release yesterday.

  I'm editing my 1080 video shooting apartment first of all if needs sharpening, increased saturation settings and luminance as well as others for audio and a stabilization.

  First (and Photoshop and Lightroom) all detect the GPU.  PR allows MEPS with Cuda for the project.  GPUSniffer detects the card Open GL and Cuda.

  For the moment I see no use of the GPU during playback in real time, clips of rendering or during encoding (with various effects).  Maybe 1-3%.   Chrome open with several tabs causes 33% use so the GPU card works.  GPU Z use to view the settings for the card.

  What I'm missing here?  The card is detected but not used (by accelerated effects).  Everyone had this card and is seen to work to expedite the process of accelerated creation of effects?  Is it related to the Maxwell architecture?

  I would say you are running our first Pro BenchMark (PPBM) who works with CC 2015 (first version 9) and look at your GPU - Z when exporting MPEG2-DVD with GPU and then also export H.264.  These two have many effects, accelerated by the GPU MPE and features.

  Your workflow is a bit wonky. Here's the right way to use the AE projects within a timeline of the Organization:

  1. Select the clips you want to process in After Effects
  2. Right-click on any of the selected clips and select replace with After Effects Composition
  3. AE opens, save the project file, and then change the composition created with Dynamic Link.
  4. Do not close AE.
  5. Repeat for as many clips you need to treat in AE.

  It is always better to end up with an AE project incorporated into a chronology that integrated a lot of AE projects. I guess the crash is a dynamic link is trying to access several projects at the same time. Dynamic links can handle a handful of compositions far better that he can manage a handful of projects in the same timeline.

• MP4 import crashing of Premiere Pro CS4

  I'm doing a short promo video for my University winter sports club. Just started using first Pro so do not know if it makes a mistake obvious im. I started a project and had imported 2 avi files that come from after effects, an mp3, and sound effects. the first MP4 I imported was fine, its about 400 MB and was filmed on a Gopro headcam. I then tried to import a smaller MP4 in the same project. It crashed the first and every time ive tried. I tried other importers of most MP4 are fine apart from a few much larger files. I also split the file of origanal down in spindles of 50 MB, but it hangs on. I also tried to import into a new empty project with no sucsess. I thought that the file may be corrupted, but they play well and After Effects will load and play them. I have an AMD X 2 4200 Dual, with 2 GB of ram on Windows xp. I also tried transferring the file to different locations, and rename.
