Impossible download on the cloud

Hello!

I have some problems with the download of Premiere Pro.

We decide to delete the first because we have a lot of trouble with a project. We did it before, and after a fresh install, everything was better.

But now, when I go to creative cloud, I have this message:

I had once with Illustrator, the same kind of problems. I try the solution we give me here, but this time it does not work.

If anyone has a solution I will be really grateful

We do a chat session, and everything seems to be ok.

Delete all record of the AAM and creative cloud and then re-install.

And now we are download Photoshop, then we will try with first.

    The designer Cloud Desktop application FAQ is the question is there a file size limit?:

    With the creative Cloud Desktop application, you can upload files up to 5 GB. If you try to download anything more, you can see some unexpected errors.

    With creative cloud site, you can upload files up to 1 GB. If you try to download anything more, you can see a few unexpected download failures.

    I don't know what the upper limit for the cloud of Document, but you can ask in their forum here Document PDF of Cloud services.

    I use the library from iCloud, which is large, most often.  Whenever you look at a photo in the library of cloud with an iPhone, said photo is downloaded to the phone.  No problem there until I want to back up the phone on my computer, date at which it can generate a pretty huge backup file.  The majority of what is being backed up as pictures already stored in iCloud, this seems to be a waste.  I'd rather make these go away.  Is this possible?

    Only the photos in your camera roll (i.e., those most recent) are part of a backup. Compare the actual size of the backup of the storage used on your iPhone. You should see a big difference between them.

    Looks like a network vs a number Apple.  Mine (more than 7,000 photos/videos) took several days to download too.  I know you mentioned this happened about 150 photos, then you might want logging on all your devices from iCloud, wait a bit, then check in.  You could also use this method which helped me as well- use pictures - Apple Support Library repair tool

    I have a 64-bit machine running Windows 7 Ultimate.  I am trying to download Adobe's CS6 of Cloud applications.  The download process did not clarify for me if I wanted 32-bit or 64-bit applications. Check Setup and automatically download and install the correct version of each product CS6 depending on the size of the receiving machine bit?  I know I had to explicitly specify the 64-bit versions when they were available in CS5, but they came a DVD boxed set.  I just want to be sure that I am not now accidentally coming 32-bit versions during my download being subsequently CS6 in the cloud.  Thank you.

    I have the answer to my own question.  The 32-bit version and the 64 bit version for each product are turn up in my list of 'all programs '.  The installer is giving me both.  Thank you.

    Make sure that you are connected to creative cloud correctly via the settings icon in the top right of the workspace project selection > my account. (It looks like a gear). One reason, this option is kablooey from time to time.

    If you have settings > iCloud > Photos Options > iCloud photo library on all photos must be stored in iCloud. You can use a computer and log into the iCloud.com and switch to the pictures app to check that.

    Your question has nothing to do with iCloud. You should remove unnecessary data from your phone to free up about 10% of your phone's storage space.

    I am wanting to access a PDF file from my Windows PC, my iPhone and my IPad, I'm trying to read and HI-lighting for use in higher education. I can't seem to save my computer Adobe document cloud and you can view them on my iPhone, but all the documents I try to access on my IPad that are found on the cloud receive a message of: "the path to the document is not valid."  If I save a document in my software adobe reader on my IPad for an email or a Web site directly from my IPad, I am able to open it. This affects only the documents in the cloud. The files all say they have different file sizes (e.g. - 207KO, 166KB, etc. and NOT say 0 KB, so I know that the document is not a blank document). Any suggestion would be great. In addition, the settings in the application are the same for my IPhone and my IPad, so I find it confusing that I can access it on my IPhone but not my IPad. Both use the same IOS software. (IOS 9.0.2).

    Please check if you have saved the file storage cloud Document and mobile link is turned on. Also, check if the file is completely downloaded to the cloud storage by going to cloud.acrobat.com.
