• How do you delete photos downloaded from the cloud?

  I use the library from iCloud, which is large, most often.  Whenever you look at a photo in the library of cloud with an iPhone, said photo is downloaded to the phone.  No problem there until I want to back up the phone on my computer, date at which it can generate a pretty huge backup file.  The majority of what is being backed up as pictures already stored in iCloud, this seems to be a waste.  I'd rather make these go away.  Is this possible?

  Only the photos in your camera roll (i.e., those most recent) are part of a backup. Compare the actual size of the backup of the storage used on your iPhone. You should see a big difference between them.

• Very slow downloads of the ' net (Pavilion G5460uk)

  We have a desktop computer HP Pavilion G5460uk with Windows 7 (64-bit) SP1 update, current and use IE10 and Chrome. Protection is by Norton360 supported with Spywareblaster and Spybot S & D and also access to "Eraser" Norton, ESET scanner and Sophos virus remover.  The PC is wired ethernet to the router, but with also use other laptops, wireless etc. (everything all these work properly, with the same configuration antivirus etc., without the problems we have on the desktop HP).

  Performance on the internet seems fine, EXCEPT that the office is now extremely slow to download some files (to the point that it is outdated on the servers).  It is impossible to download something big on it directly from the ' net (we use the other PC to transfer files) - Although the MS updates seem to get on OK.»

  We tried "Support Wizard" which recommends two updates from HP: Ralink Wireless Network Controller (sp58084) & 802.11n WLAN (sp60924) updates.  Of course, we cannot download these directly, but it is unclear if they are relevant to the problem anyway.

  It doesn't seem to be a network/internet, currency of software or a virus problem.  Some setting somewhere?  Please can someone advise on what to do now.

• Very slow download after the update February 10

  After the update automated around Feb 10th, photos are slowly and web video a crawl - for every one second of game-playing, it hangs for 10 seconds or more.

  Download Adobe software update takes forever - about 10 kb/s or less. Everything slowed to a crawl.  What is going on?

  I have a DELL reconditioned with XP and a custom-built Q8900 Intel Vista and it happens on both machines.

  I think of restoring to the point of pre-2/10 but do not want to be vulnerable.  Any person with knowledge or patch fix, feel free to post... help!

  After testing mode safe mode with networking, I suggest that you make sure that your NETWORK card drivers are up to date.  You can also see if there is a firmware upgrade for the router you have.  Alternatively, you can perform a clean boot to see if other software can interfere with your system.  Also, make sure that your security software is up-to-date.  Mike - Engineer Support Microsoft Answers

• I downloaded installer creative cloud and that you have installed, but the application is not the case for is on my computer, nor will be any Adobe programs start download from the download page.

  Unfortunately, he has no other way to get the Toshiba drivers from the European pilot of Toshiba page.
  You are right at this moment that the file transfer is too long.

• Windows 7 Media Center very slow to load the program guide

  I run a Fujitsu Esprimo E3521 Core 2 Duo 2.93GHz with 2 GB of Ram. I use a dual DVB - T2 tuner card black gold. The PC works as expected with all other tasks (Netflix, iPlayer, MyMovies for Media Center), but when I first load the program guide, it takes more than 30 seconds before the system displays the guide and becomes sensitive (later loading times are a little faster, unless the PC is in "standby", in which case I face the same deadline when you enter the program guide). There is no other applications running on the system (the PC directly in the MC boots). Once the guide is loaded, it works at normal speed (sometimes channel tuning may take longer than expected, but usually he settles in a few seconds).

  I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate. Recently, I reinstalled the operating system and for a few days the PC seems to be running OK, but he soon return to be incredibly slow, loading guide. (I also started to notice that it takes longer time to start playback of recorded assets).

  • Windows Media Center cannot connect to the Internet and download the new Guide information for a long period of time, and the Guide information that was previously downloaded is corrupt or has expired. • What is Apple doing to solve the problem of the emails which the bodies are removed and a note informs you that this message has not been downloaded from the server?  It's also appear when a message is placed in the Recycle Bin.

  That made Apple to fix the problem where the body of emails is endangered and there is a note saying the e-mail was not downloaded from the server?  It's also appear on messages that are put in the trash.  I have a pop.earthlink account and understand that it affects the pop accounts.  The problem started after I downloaded IOS 9 and is much worse.  Messages received yesterday are now endangered, however some messages that I received in early November before downloading the new software still exist and are very good.

  POP accounts are generally customer (as opposed to the server function) and stored on your device.  If your device on space is insufficient, the settings for the e-mail may restrict downloads on your device, resulting in the message in question.   This is particularly true for all messages that come with attachments or are preformatted html.   Ask your contacts to send messages in plain text.

  4. called HP to inquire about the search info from HP SDP. on his goal? HP said he works as a keylogger you sell stuff. But what was weird is after the system crashed and repaired, there was one day that he has opened three times in ten minutes! The behavior of the application has changed after my OS has been repaired. Then after that I indicated HP where I found information on this program, the program disappear from the list of "run without permissions" in internet options explore > manage add-ons > run without the permissions list

  5. one day, I'm working on a word document, and the printer stops abruptly, impression. No amount of turn, or by clicking 'Cancel' will get doc from the printer queue. MS literature said this could be a security issue. The printer says "printing of documents", but no printing at my end.

I'll follow the instructions you sent me and am running the OneCare security right now, online scanner that I already know an excellent and effective tool because it has repaired my MS operating system and programs after that I accidentally deleted parts of the operating system by removing a .dll file, I need or such a thing! I also wanted to thank you for the information about the object of the HP SDP pop-up window. I saved your instructions on how to remove this case, the pop up appears again. One thing I noticed is that, after removal, some keys on my keyboard don't work, and I've read that other HP users encounter the same problem with the keys on the keyboard. The keys that seem to be affected are the keys that automatically open and close the door of the CD burner. Not a problem, because it is another way to open and close the drawer. It's one that HP must improve. In regards to your advice on the printer driver you have been 'right on' new! I reinstalled the driver using my own CD (not the latest driver, but one that works!) I think that the problem with the update of the Samsung driver that I downloaded from the Web site doesn't have some kind of problem. It is very unusual for a driver to Samsung, because I got excellent results with printers Samsung and free updates downloaded from their Web site. The first Samsung printer I had worked so well, for so long as the small rubber roller that takes the paper and it feeds through the printer wore out until the printer is, literally in a 100,000 pages printed after that I bought for about $80.00 dollars! So, I went out and bought another one, and that's what I use now. The printer works fine now, except for some reason, the icon in my taskbar notification area, allow to check the printer the status of jobs, cancel or repeat printing as before. Once. from time to time, a job stuck in the queue for the printer and will not erase unless I unplug the printer from the central unit. Nor will it print. But since I reinstalled the driver, this has happened only once. With the downloaded update, it happened all the time.   Don't know what your problem is - log on to Skydrive and recover the files that you need them, or download the app to Skydrive and they will all be uploaded at the same time.
