Impossible to access anything whatsoever in the Help menu
Just downloaded with the monthly plan of creative photography of cloud and cannot access what in the menu help, including updates.

If the links above do not help, try cleaning remove the creative cloud application and put it back:
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

All other "tabs" appear on the tab menu, but when you click on them, only the "Général" tab will be there. You can make changes to the items in the 'Général' tab, but nothing else. I use a HP Pavillion dv7 laptop, 13.10 running Ubuntu and Firefox 29. Only, it started with version 29. Before everything worked.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problem.

In Windows Vista, the built-in Administrator account is disabled by default. In previous versions of Windows, an administrator account was created automatically during Out-of-Box-Experience (OOBE) with a blank password.
An account administrator with a blank password is a security risk. To better protect the system, the built-in Administrator account is disabled by default in all new installations and upgrades of Windows Vista.

Alternatively, you can try to restore your computer to a previous state.
Follow the instructions below to restore your computer to a previous state.

- You receive an error message?
- What exactly are you can't access?
- What version of Windows are you using?
You can refer to the following steps:Step has.
a. restart your computer.
b. when the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information tap the F8 on your keyboard key repeatedly until you are presented with the screen Windows 7 Advanced Startup Options.
c. using the arrow keys, select the desired option of Mode without failure.
d. press the Enter key on your keyboard to start in safe mode of Windows 7.
e. when Windows starts, you will be at a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Windows 7 goes into safe mode.
f. do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.
Step B.
If it works fine in safe mode try performing a clean boot in order to find the cause root.

You have to just reinstall CC app. Please follow the steps mentioned below to solve this problem, depending on your operating system.
(Mac)
(1) close adobe all processes in the activity monitor (cloud Creative), synchronization of the base, CC, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, CIB Adobe updater AAM Broker service
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly

Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator
Go to Control Panel/Add or remove programs and uninstall cloud creative app
Install app creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Run it and it should work.

To remove the items from right toolbar, click Tools at the top.
Then open the fall down to the accessibility or analyze and select 'delete the shortcut '.
In a similar way, select "Add a shortcut" in the Tools drop-down menu to add to the tool on the right pane.

I use the oracle application server 10g and 10g dev suite. I developed HTML help files for my web forms application that I want users to be able to access it by selecting the horizontal menu help-> view docs.
The only way I could think of was to install webutil and save a copy of the documentation for the aid on each client computer. But the Forms Designer do not allow me to copy webutil as a library on my menu (it allows me to copy in a form), and so using CLIENT_HOST (in the menu item code) gives me an error "identifier must be declared.
The ideal situation would be to have a single copy of the help documentation on the application (and compiled forms) server and have users access to help from there files. But according to me, there is no way to open a file on the server to the client browser - is this true?
If so, then is there a way to use webutil with a menu?
