Impossible to burn songs to disc

Original title: my music files

IM on my windows media player and im trying to burn a disc & its mistake because her dosent songs show the length of it like the rest of the songs I have. Is there anyway that I could be able to know how to get the length of the songs that dosent show?

Hi Niccos,

Thanks for posting your query on our community.

From your description, I understand that you are unable to burn a song on a record length of the song has not been posted.

Could you answer a few questions to understand the question:

1. do you get an error message while burning this song on the disc?

2. where did you downloaded those songs that you are unable to burn in on the disc?

3. are you able to burn those songs to any other drive?

I suggest to download these songs once more and then try to burn them to a disc.

  • Can I convert a playlist of songs imported in the form of files in format MP3 ACC in order to burn a MP3 disc?

I'm burning a playlist composed of ITunes store downloads and downloads of CDs which all have been imported in the form of files such as MP3 ACC disc.  I realized that somewhere along the way I would be prompted to convert files, but my system iTunes just says that it can't burn ACC files without any conversion option.  What, on the contrary, I am missing to allow me to convert the files so I can burn an MP3 disc?  Thank you.

  • Impossible to burn to disc

Although he is able to do in the past, I am now unable to burn to disc. My drive will read disks, snatch them from the library (WMP) and read data disks to add programs, etc. However, when I try to burn to a disc, I got major problems. I go through the proper procedures, insert a blank disc (Sony CD - R 700 MB) select the burning options, i.e. eject after burn, burn audio disc and click on burn start. So go exactly to plan, each rail track prepare in writing waiting for disk %-complete. In the right column, under the tab burn, shows the %. The last track moves disc finalization - full, BUT the tab burn rest at 99% the indication is then No Disc in (E). Shows the tab burn insert a blank disc in (E). Nothing happens, the drive sounds like it is trying to eject, but it's not. If I try and eject in Windows Explorer, (after waiting for at least five or ten minutes), I get an error message saying error occurred while ejecting the DVD - RW (E). I can't eject the disc somehow, the program is obviously still running. My only and last resort, is to "shut down" for 8 seconds. When I restart, go to Explorer and touching "eject" in the DVD player, the disc ejects immediately, but is of course totally empty! I tried each "fix" I do not see in forums etc. nothing works. I ran Microsoft 'Fixit' again without success. Help please!

  • My not able to burn it to disc music Playlist

I've seen other people with similar problems to what I am about to report, but not a solution.  I made a playlist of music to Apple and now want to burn on CD.  When I go into file > burn Playlist to disc, "Playlist burn on the drive" is greyed out and not working do not.  Anyone know the cause of what I need to do to get it working?

    Dan,

Songs in Apple's music cannot be burned on a disc.

  • Playlist of the burns on the disc in the order reverses

I'm oldskool... I always like the discs that I feel. So even if I download an album from Apple iTunes Music Store, I burn to disk, add it to my collection of physical disk, as well as my collection of digital discs that I keep to CDPedia.

Now, something strange has happened, and I don't know if it's from El Capitan, or one of the latest versions of iTunes (I'm running the latest OSX 10.11.3 and the iTunes version is 12.3.2.35).

    So:

    1. I download a full album from iTunes Music Store.

    2. I get a 'album' in iTunes;

    3. I select all the tracks from the album, and then choose file > New > Playlist from selection.

    4. sometimes (and I don't know if it is compatible), the tracks end last firstly (so reverse order);

5 if (4) is true, so I chose the Playlist edit and sort by track #; I definitely make sure the playlist is in the order I want.

6 then I choose file > burn Playlist to disc, insert a blank CD, when required, etc.

The last two times (today was with Philip Glass Koyaanisqatsi), immediately (during the initialization stage) I noticed the top of my iTunes that the CD would be burned in the opposite direction, although the reading list I wanted to burn was in good order. The first time, I continued and indeed: the CD that was in reverse order.

So I chose to Edit Playlist again, made sure all of the tracks were in good order and tried to burn again. New order (initialization phase) and this time I stopped burning. The CD was unusable, but it was in reverse order.

So finally I chose for a new playlist (empty!), dragged the individual tracks one by one to the new playlist, filled manually in the title, etc. and then repeat the burning process. This time everything was beautiful, as it should.

Like I said: it's already happened, but this only happens to me? How (with the exception of manually build a play list). When can I I really rely on the playlist displayed onscreen, knowing that when I press "burn", it will be OK? I don't want to overturn three blank CD for every album, I want to burn.

    Thanks for your comments.

It may be preferable if the burn list has the songs contained real order of the list, not a sorted order.  First of all, show playlist using the view of songs to show a simple with columns list (if it isn't already).  NOTE: The view control is at the right end of the horizontal bar; If it says currently Playlist, change it to songs.

In the view of songs , you can sort the list by clicking on the header of the column you want to use for sorting.  To sort by part number, click on the header of the column follow-up of # .  To reverse the order, click it again.  The order of the list appears for the playlist, when you click on the header in the left column.  This column doesn't have any title in the title, and there the sequential numbers below.  The "pointer" in the heading (after clicking on it) must point upwards (click a second time to reverse).

With the shown playlist in the order of the list, you can manually move the songs (top to bottom) on the list to get them in the desired order.  This is useful, for example, to create a "mix CD" with songs from different albums in the order you want.  Try to burn the CD with songs in the order desired, as shown by using the list command.

  • Can I burn an AVCHD Disc in fcpX with a bluray burner

I'm having trouble sharing a 3 or 24 minutes of video on a BluRay disc and then insert a DVD-R in the bluray burner to burn an AVCHD Disc. fcpX shot of it and said "of the media in the drive cannot be used. " Please insert another disc. ». And Cancel burning is the only option.

I deleted all the files of rendering and a new rendering, rebooted etc.. I think remember me burning AVCHD discs directly from fcpX before, maybe a year ago. Are updates screwed up, or we cannot burn AVCHD discs in fcpx?

Then, with TOAST 10.0.09, when I create a master file as. FcpX h264 and then import to TOAST and burn BluRay disc with a DVD-R in it, TOAST now move to it also, saying there is a problem with the source material, 18771 error.

Fortunately the bluray discs are much cheaper now, right now for purposes of test/video editing, I have to go to the full monty and burn a disc bluray each time to avoid the relentless crash in the process.

Yes. But the PCF expects the output of a reader optics red laser (DVD writer), not a blue laser drive. Try using a regular DVD burner for AVCHD.

How to stop the message you have files waiting to be burned to the disc. I don't want to delete the files I just want the message ent.

    Hello

By deleting records, you not delete the orginial files. The original files will be saved in a different location. As suggested above, the files are first copied to a temporary location, and then a disk image file is created. To remove the pop up, you may need to delete the temporary files in the location of "burn".

    Hope this information helps.

It is possible that you have a hardware problem with your

I've burned an mp3 disc but won't play in my car stereo that is compatible with the mp3.  I can play music from my computer.

    Hi JaronR,

    1. what type of program you are using to burn CDs of music?

If it is Windows Media Player, then it is possible that this media player is set to burn MP3 CD instead of CD audio (most basic stand-alone CD players can only play audio CD).

Before burning a new CD of music, click on right arrow under the button burn up and make sure Audio CD is checked.

  • When I try to burn a music disc player is registered as a DATA reader and does not allow me to copy music files that I can play on an external source

I have computer aGateway running Vista Home Edition and something happened with WIndows Media Player.   I have the DVD/RW internal drive and external DVD/RW as a player.  I use them mainly to copy music files and it has always worked fine until yesterday.

When I try to burn a music disc, the player is registered as a DATA reader and does not allow me to copy music files that I can play on an external source (such as the CD or car drive).  Worked fine Saturday and had burned discs Saturday night recognizes the two drives as data drives.

Is it something that needs to be reset or changed?

In WMP, please click the button burn up and make sure that the Audio CD is selected. Then try burning the CD again, they now play on a standalone CD player too.
