Impossible to download, impossible to open two PDFs

I have adobe reader and adobe acrobat. I have two questions:

1. I can't have two PDF files open at the same time - I have tried to reduce the security setting, but it does not help.

2. when I go to download a PDF as an attachment sent to me, rather than having a screen that allows me to designate where I want, he saved, I get a blank screen and my cursor becomes a circle. Please uninstall the Acrobat program & reinstall the program to the other user account with Admin rights to reproduce the problem.

    19 FF has its own Viewer for pdf files. It doesn't seem to work properly. The screens are either poor quality or empty. Printing using the bad characters and spacing of bad character. Some impressions of color and others are not.

     Thankfully, it is easy to revert to using some other pdf viewer, such as Foxit. Go to Tools / Options / Applications and scroll down to "Portable Document Formay (PDF)", and change it to your preferred pdf viewer.

    Uncheck the option open documents as tabs in the same window (requires restart)
