  Method 1:

  Unnecessary files on your hard drive, disk space and can slow down your computer. Disk Cleanup removes temporary files, empty the Recycle Bin, and removes a variety of file system and other items that you no longer need.

  Delete files using disk cleanup

  Try to install the driver now.

  Method 2:

  Step 1: Clean boot

  Put the clean boot computer and try to install the driver.

  As far as I know the reason is the following:
  The ATI card that nVidia drivers are not changed and not designed for mobile use.

  As far as I know Toshiba use clean, updated drivers as well as some other notebook manufacturers.

  However, in case you want to install this driver, you have to through the Device Manager.

  80070005 is the error code not the update and it means "access denied."

  (you don't have permission to install updates).

  Please check that you are logged into an account with administrative privileges.

  One of the most common causes of this error code is the Anti Virus and Anti Spyware software running on the computer.

  You can try to disable them, and then try the updates again. Keep the firewall however.

  IMO, theme developers too provide misleading screenshots on their theme download pages. They should show the appearance of their "out of the box" theme, without any other change as the first screenshot of the theme using the default value: Home Home page.

  Sorry, C F McBlob, your comments are not helpful. Release notes for Adobe AIR SDK 3.4 had a list of the supported APIs. Look at page 4, 'Non-functional API' which seems to be the answer you are looking for:
