Anyone know how to solve my problem? I can't import my photos from Iphone to computer. Sign says: Photos in the camera cannot be imported because the IPhone is locked with a password or read. My phone is unlocked. I tried everything, every single idea. Without success! Any other idea?

For example, you specify that the device does not display the lock screen, correct? Do you use Touch IDS? If so, try to put your finger on the device to see if it's what he wants.

  • How to transfer photos from phone to computer android?

How to transfer photos from my phone to computer android

    Hello

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community.

As I understood it, you want to know how to transfer photos from phone android to the computer.

    Certainly, I understand your concern.

I would suggest trying the following steps and check if that helps.

    1. Download and install the USB drivers for your smartphone to your computer.
    2. Insert one end of the cable into the USB connector on your smartphone mini mini USB sync and the other end to a USB port on your computer.
    3. On your smartphone, hold and drag the notification bar and tap the icon USB
    4. Press Activate USB Storage , then OK.
    5. On the computer, click Start and then click computer. The micro-SD card in your smartphone is listed as removable disk.
    6. Double-click the removable disk to open it. Double-click the DCIMfolder and following the camerafolder.
    7. Copy the photos and videos in this folder to any folder on your computer.

Important: If the removable disk does not appear in my computer, verify if the USB icon is displayed on your smartphone. If the icon is not visible, try to connect the smartphone to another USB port and follow the steps above.

When the phone is connected and turned on...

If you go to... Start / computer... is the phone recognized with a drive letter?

If_Yes_left click on the drive letter and see if the directory of the memory card appears.

If you can see the photos on the card... you can copy and paste from there.

  • Impossible to import new photos to the default catalog in LR3, 5

    Hello!

I'm in LR3, 5 on OSx10.5.8 and recently, I lost the ability to import new photos (from hard disk). My default catalog (so far I use only) contains pictures of appx.33k and I can't import to new shots. Yesterday I was shooting tethered camera and everything went well. Today, I wanted to import new files (from disk) and noticed that 'import button' is totally inactive. Dead. I have implemented a new catalog and managed to process the photos today, but when I switch to the previous catalogue the 'import' button is always dead.

    Thoughts? Ideas? Help, please!

    Thank you in advance!

I try to rename/move the preferences file and see if it helps. I see that you have exported the entire catalog as a catalogue. The exported catalog normal behavior?

    Edit:

BTW, your histogram looks funny too!

  • I imported my photos from an external hard drive in Lightroom, edited my photos but then...? !

    Adobe,

I imported my photos from an external hard drive in Lightroom, edited my photos and when I decided to export the originals had not been updated and deleted photos were not deleted. How I set up so that once I have import photos, edit and export they are then placed in their original case reviewed and updated?

I managed to export photos to another file, but they were exported with an Adobe.xmp file. What is it and is it necessary?

    Thanks for your help!

OK then so when you export edited LR images to tell the Office I do not need to use xmp files unless I want then to re - edit still say in Photoshop or another app?

You don't need the files xmp during the passage of LR to Photoshop. Right click on the image or in the develop module, click Photo > edit in... According to what you have set in the preferences of the image then opens like FFT, JPEG or PSD - 8 bit / 16 bit - and the new TIFF file for example automatically will return to sitting next to the original RAW LR library. If you are exporting a RAW file edited to the desktop to JPG/TIFF then changes will be permanently stamped in the EXIF of the created files.

Basically import my Raw files on the drive from Carmera card, then in LR. Edit in LR, finishing and export again say in the office. Keep or throw originals that I please...

Yes, but why would you throw your originals? You can later return to the original and the re - change all over again new experiences learned etc..

Can I see the modified pictures made in Photoshop in LR later?

Yes, see first paragraph above. If you already have a file in LR, take it in Photoshop as a JPG/TIFF/PSD, it will be automatically reduced in LR. If you modify a file outside the LR and that is not already in the LR library, say by locating the RAW file in Explorer and then open it directly in ACR/Photoshop, then LR will have no idea what you did except in LR, you choose to import the image later. Remember though, this is one of the examples where you will need to configure save metadata in xmp (at bridge) so that when you import the edited outside the file RAW LR, LR will read the xmp file changes and save it in its own database.

  • I want to transfer photos from phone to the Tablet

I asked how to transfer pictures from my Samsung phone to my iPad Air.

    Howdy there barbieb1939,

Looks like you have pictures on your phone you want on your iPad. What I would say is to import the photos to your computer. Now, depending on what OS is your computer, the process for doing this will be different. If you have a PC, use one of the following Microsoft kbase articles:

Starting at: import pictures and videos from your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

For a Mac, you can use Image Capture to import:

Using a camera with your Mac

Then you can use iTunes to sync your photos on your iPad with the section called "Synchronize photos manually with iTunes" in the following article:

Keep your photos safely stored and updated on all your devices

That you get where you want to be!

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support, all the best!

  • I can ONLY import new photos from my iPhone to MacBook Pro?

On a regular basis, old photos are re-imported from my I Phone in my MacBook Pro - and it does not matter if I check the box only to import new photos.  It takes forever to import one or two new photos.  For this reason, my library is out of chronological order.  How can I eliminate import the same pictures over and over again?

Have you tried to use Image Capture to select and import only those new pictures?
