When the phone is connected and turned on...
If you go to... Start / computer... is the phone recognized with a drive letter?
If_Yes_left click on the drive letter and see if the directory of the memory card appears.
If you can see the photos on the card... you can copy and paste from there.

Hello
Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community.
As I understood it, you want to know how to transfer photos from phone android to the computer.

I would suggest trying the following steps and check if that helps.
- Download and install the USB drivers for your smartphone to your computer.
- Insert one end of the cable into the USB connector on your smartphone mini mini USB sync and the other end to a USB port on your computer.
- On your smartphone, hold and drag the notification bar and tap the icon USB
- Press Activate USB Storage , then OK.
- On the computer, click Start and then click computer. The micro-SD card in your smartphone is listed as removable disk.
- Double-click the removable disk to open it. Double-click the DCIMfolder and following the camerafolder.
- Copy the photos and videos in this folder to any folder on your computer.
Important: If the removable disk does not appear in my computer, verify if the USB icon is displayed on your smartphone. If the icon is not visible, try to connect the smartphone to another USB port and follow the steps above.

I want to transfer photos from phone to the Tablet
I asked how to transfer pictures from my Samsung phone to my iPad Air.
Howdy there barbieb1939,
Looks like you have pictures on your phone you want on your iPad. What I would say is to import the photos to your computer. Now, depending on what OS is your computer, the process for doing this will be different. If you have a PC, use one of the following Microsoft kbase articles:
Starting at: import pictures and videos from your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch
For a Mac, you can use Image Capture to import:
Then you can use iTunes to sync your photos on your iPad with the section called "Synchronize photos manually with iTunes" in the following article:
Keep your photos safely stored and updated on all your devices
That you get where you want to be!
Thank you for using communities of Apple Support, all the best!

Moto Droid: How to transfer photos from phone to PC?
Hello! I got some pictures on my droid and want to transfer them to my pc. The phone came with a transfer cable and I find essentially only downloads of software online - but you don't need a cable as well? What are the steps and the hardware and software for this process? I appreciate your help!
If a charger is supplied with the phone you have a cable. The cable unplug the brick to charge and it becomes the USB cable to connect the Droid to the computer. I hope this helps.

due to lack of space on my HARD drive, I moved Photoslibrary to a USB port. When I connect my iPhone 6 I am able to transfer photos from my phone to the PhotosLibrary on the USB port, but when I sync, photo library is not get highlighted on the USB port. Cannot synchronize.
Hello, manoj0910.
Please visit Apple support communities.
Looks like you can't synchronize the pictures located on your external drive. I need a little more information about your configuration to provide a better answer. However, we will try to sync your photos through the section of the file through the article below. You just need to direct iTunes to where your photos are stored on your external drive.
If your photos are in a folder
- Select "Choose a folder" from the context menu.
- Choose the folder where you store your photos.
- Click on apply.
You can arrange photos in subfolders to create photo albums.

I'm trying to transfer photos from my phone to my PC camera. Normally, Windows Photo Gallery simply matter most recent photos from the last time. It is important now that each peak on my device (more than 400 photos). Can anyone advise how to either my (Nokia N95) device or PC simply import the most recent photos and not every pic that exists on the device? All solutions are greatly appreciated.
Hi Homeister,
1. don't you make changes before the show?
We recommend that you cross check if the target location to store/save image files is intact.
We also recommend you to reset a default file arrangement and check the result.Check if the problem continues in a new user account.
1. open user accounts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking user accounts and family safety, then clicking on user accounts.
2. click on manage another account. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. click on create a new account.
4. type the name you want to assign to the user account, click an account type, and then click on create an account. For more information, see this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Create-a-user-account
