  It seems it is linked to the fact that I moved and connected hard my c:\ProgramData and user files on my partition d:\ because error code 80070011 means ERROR_NOT_SAME_DEVICE.

  I already tried to install the file included in the .msu manually but without success because I'm not exactly sure how do. I extracted the contents of the .msu file to a folder on my partition d:\ what are the results in the file Windows6. 0-KB928439 - x 64 .cab, .xml, .txt and another .cab file.   I run the update package and invites me to accept the license. It fails then after about 10 seconds with this error. I tried several times to install the service pack, including the stand-alone version. Other updates were installed fine.  I've disabled my AV (norton) software and closed all programs. I have cleaned the update of Windows, as shown in the steps "General Windows Update troubleshooting" and still get this error. I searched high and low for articles related, and that this error pops up regularly in previous discussions. I ran many times analysis tool, including a new on the list updated as recently as yesterday and I still have this problem.

  1 - Open command prompt in administrator mode (start--> Accesseries--> right click on command prompt, select run as administrator

  2 - Run the file msi or .exe from command prompt

  3. now check and see if you can complete your installation
