  Please see the FAQ section of this link: download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications

  NOTE: We suggest to install the application on the primary drive however, you can configure the destination of installation of in creative cloud application preferences. Please note that there will always be shared resources stored on your primary drive.  In addition when installing temporary process files will also be created on your main drive.

  If you have already installed Photoshop you have to uninstall and make the changes of the location in Creative Cloud Desktop app after that reboot the machine and now to install Photoshop Again and it should install on you new chosen location.

  I am trying to purchase the latest edition of Lightroom, but for this I need to install Creative cloud on my iMac. I got the .dmg file ok, but when I double click on that to install the application, I get a slow progress of exploration bar that makes to half way and then just closes without error message or any other indication that something is wrong. I tried to install on your laptop and copy files on the iMac, but that does not work either. Advice on how to overcome this problem?

  Please, go to the folder of the application on your Mac, find the folder of Photoshop CS 6, double-click to open it and copy the folder plugin from here.

  Open the Photoshop CC folder which will be again in the application and paste the folder plugin inside. Replace reboot of the CC of the Photoshop file and it should be there

  I don't think that there is no upgrade you can buy for CS2.  If you need to reinstall CS2, then see the following...

  Please, try the following steps:

  Step 1:

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  Step 2:

  Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]

  Step 3:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  Then go to the Local > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  Step 4:

  Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

  Then try to install the creative cloud application.
