Impossible to install Photoshop Creative Cloud

I'm unable to install Photoshop on my Macbook Pro OS X Yosemite 10.10.2. I get this error message:

ERROR: DF024: unable to preserve the original file at "/ Applications / Adobe Photoshop 2014/Adobe Photoshop 2014.app/Contents/Frameworks/ICUConverter.framework/Versions/3.6/libicucnv.dylib.36.0 CC CC" (Seq 1120)

I had a previously installed version restored after a hard drive replacement. However, this version gave me a message that some of the files needed to run the program disappeared. I ran the uninstaller and tried to reinstall, but it is yet to complete installation of the program.
