Impossible to install ScanJet G3110 on Yosemite OSX 10.10 drivers

When I try to open the "HP Scanjet Installer", you receive an error "the PPP authorization has been revoked.

Any ideas how to operate? Is there a new drive?

The latest version works:

HP Scanjet software ICA for Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 or 10.9

  • Impossible to install Illustrator CS2 on Mac OSX Yosemite

I'm unable to install Adobe Illustrator CS2 on my mac (OX Yosemite 10.10.3) because it gives the error "The Installation HFS disk no is not supported." However, the drive that I installed is HFS + and should be able to withstand that. In disk utility, I confirmed that the format is Mac OS extended (journaled), what is HFS +. I also ran check disk and disk utility repair disk, but both showed that the volume seems to be OK and I still couldn't install Illustrator.

Does anyone found a workaround for this problem? I've seen a few old threads blocked on this issue, but they did not provide an answer to my question.

CS2 can not be installed on OS X Yosemite at all regardless of the format of your hard drive.

CS2 is a PowerPC application intended for the former PowerPC based Mac processors.

Macs today have Intel processors that cannot run PowerPC applications without the Rosetta utility previously made available by Apple. OS X not supported Rosetta since OS X 10.7 "Lion" for Mac of today cannot run PowerPC as CS2 applications.

  • G3110: install scanjet G3110 on windows 7 pro 64-bit

There are several years, I bought a little Emachine (64 bit W7 - it was probably Home version)). I installed the scanjet G3110 smoothly - worked very well.

The recently dead Emachine. I had an another non-descript win 7 (pro) 64-bit machine but the scanjet is not installed. Error says "the operating system is not supported. Installation cannot continue until this is resolved." Now that I look at the installation disc it says it's for Windows Vista, XP pro, XP home and 2000. What gives?

iI use Avast antivirus software - everything as before...

Is there something that I am on? Is it possible to install it?

    Thank you

Oops, it just shown on the schedule of devices. Then I did a scan of the device worked Manager!

For some reason the buttons do not work on the scanner. Maybe a problem of cockpit.  but it is installed and it works.

    So I think I'm good.

  • ScanJet G3110: Scanjet G3110 is supported in Windows 10?

Anyone using Scanjet G3110 on Windows 10?
    All the problems?
Impossible to get a clear answer from HP on whether or not it is supported.
Just get scripted response that send me links that don't answer the question.

Welcome to the HP community @Dave22015,

I understand that you want to know if the Scanjet G3110 is supported on Windows 10. Although I can't find any sort of confirmation that it is supported, the best you can do is try to install the driver Windows 8.1, to see if it works.

Click this link, click on "Edit" to the right of the page to change the Windows 8.1 operating system and download the full driver here.

  • ScanJet G3110 not supported by Windows 8.1

I've owned my computer desk HP 64-bit for more than two years. I installed and used Scanjet G3110 much during this period. This year, I upgraded my OS to Vista 64-bit of Windows 64-bit of 8.1 and the Scanjet program no longer works. I was very frustrated because until this morning the system could never tell me exactly what was wrong. This morning, I finally found the following answer.

The operating system on the computer is not supported. The installation cannot continue until this is resolved.

Support Windows 2000, Windows XP, 64-bit, Vista, Vista 64-bit Windows SP.

Is there one solution other than buying another scanner that is supported by 8.1 Windows 64-bit? It's the second G3110 I've owned and I prefer to continue to use it if possible.

    Thank you

I just found a post on HP Scan and Capture. I googled the term and found the Web site immediately. It is a free download that when installed works fine, if my suggestion to solve G3110 problems is to do the same... to install the new HP Scan and Capture software and use it as you the user interface of your scanner.

    Hi @lynn22233 ,

I see that you are having problems, import the scans. I will do my best to help you with this problem.

Download and run the Print and Scan doctor. It will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically. Find and fix common printer problems using the tools of diagnosis HP for Windows?

I uninstall and reinstall the scanner if you are still having problems.

HP Scanjet G3110 Photo Scanner Drivers.

Select your operating system, click Next and click on the software to download and install.

  • Impossible to install the Safari extensions; error message

Impossible to install the Safari extensions; error message

    Hello

Make sure that OS X and Safari are up-to-date.

Open system preferences > App Store, then click on: check now

Your profile says your Mac works v10.11.1. The v10.11.5 update is available. This is maybe the reason why you can not install the Safari extensions.

  • Impossible to install the operating system using the product on Satellite 1110 recovery CD

I had to replace my hard drive after the failure, but impossible to install Windows XP Home (Home) from the recovery CD. I followed the instructions on the CD case, but nothing happens, just a cursor flashing at the top left of the screen. If I try to install XP on a disk (which I just can't finish because it is already registered), then the installation begins as it should. A disc of windows 2000 installs also successfully.

I realize that it could be the drive itself, but it does not appear the disk is not bootable. I will be grateful for suggestions.

    Simon

    Hello Simon

Supplied restore CD is bootable. If I remember well, you should have 2 recovery (1/2 and 2/2) CD. It sounds stupid, but you can try to start the procedure of facilities using CD 2/2. A few months ago, I read a topic where a member of the forum has reported on the incorrect labelling of CD.

  • ScanJet G3110: New G3110 Scanner does not work with El Capitan

I just bought a new ScanJet G3110 and can't make it work with El Capitan.

    > Device does not appear in the control panel and can not be found by Easy Scan.

    > Device does not appear in Adobe Acrobat 'create from the Scan... ". "option

    > BUT device * fact * appear in VueScan and works fine - but I don't really need to buy this package.

Can someone tell me what could happen?  I must return this scanner?

    Thank you.

Yes - I found a post on the HP website - "HP can't stand this product."

This is unfortunate, because I just bought the machine two days ago.  If you are indeed working with where to HP, you can hire a query regarding WHY they sell products that you will not endure.  Needless to say, it will come. Also needless to say, when I looked for a replacement, I don't even consider another HP product.   Who knows if those who are still in charge, even if they are sitting on the shelves in stores.

  • Is this useful to install El Capitan in Yosemite?

Better risk and hassle (taking into account all the problems that I've read here) to install El Capitan in Yosemite?

The problems you read here are analogous to sick people go to the emergency room.  Of course, you won't see a lot of healthy people who wander.  I would say that 90% of people who bring problems/complaints/questions here get resolved when they remove third-party applications useless, outdated, incompatible or swollen from their hard drives.  Sometimes they solved by removing the malware/adware software from their hard drives.  It really depends what is unique to their computer, and we have a couple of tools at our disposal that allow us to see what it is.

If you want to upgrade, and your computer can accept the upgrade and you have backed up your system in case where, go ahead.  Make sure that all your applications/drivers are updated to be compatible, otherwise you will need to remove or uninstall first.  If you don't want to upgrade because the Mavericks works very well for you, wonderful!  You don't have to.  Stick with what works for you as long as you want.

Impossible to install, Z710 power management win7 64 because "Windows cannot verify the Publisher of this driver software".

I pushed the 'install this driver anyway", but the material was not yet recognized after install/reboot.

So I installed instead the Lenovo Energy Management software worm 7.0.3.4

It works, but I don't know if this is a problem for my becouse of incompatibility with Z710 battery system.

Can you suggest a driver digitally signed for my Z710 or can I use the version 7.0.3.4 without problem?
