I tried to install the previous version, but keep on getting the latest version.
I discovered that Norton Safe ID does not work in the latest version of Firefox (I also discovered that it is a problem of Symantec). I installed the previous version of Firefox and was so happy, my Norton Safe Search and Safe ID was back. I kept getting notices asking to upgrade to the latest version. I don't know and make sure that I do not start the upgrade. Unfortunately, while I wasn't looking, installed Firefox last version... I tried to return the previous version, but it keeps the installation on the most recent version. Until Symantec solves the problem, I would like to use the previous version. I have Internet Explorer, that I do not particularly like, I prefer Firefox. No idea how I can temporary solve the problem of Symantec. Thank you. Blenda.
Hello
This is a problem caused by Symantec do not receive an update pretty quickly. They said that an update is due at the end of October, so I hope that is soon.
I always recommend use you the most recent and and an updated version of Firefox. This ensures you get the new features as well as all stability and security fixes.
On the installation of an earlier version, if you want to prevent the update of Firefox, type Subject: preferences #advanced in the address bar and click on Update. Here you will find options to disable updates to update, but as mentioned, this is not recommended.
I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look at another solution for you.

Why I can't install the previous versions?
After that 2015 effects no longer supports some of the plugins I need. I see many articles talking about how to install older versions of the software (I need 2014), but the link to find the previous version is missing from my creative cloud on my Mac application. I see other filter options, but "View previous Versions" isn't there. I don't need normally from previous versions, but I did in this case. How can I either get this link (to open myself) or install directly the AE 2014? Thanks in advance!
just after the point 1/2 towards the bottom of the page is a portal showing how to install previous versions, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html
or
If you follow the 7 steps you can directly download a free trial here: Adobe CC 2014 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2014 Release. ProDesignTools
and activate it with your serial number.
If you have a problem from the download, you follow the 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).
failure to obtain this cookie translates into an error page displayed after clicking on a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (e.g., current) version.

Impossible to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
Recently I started getting the following message when you try to view a video:
Flash Player upgrade required. You must download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to view this content.
Whenever I clicked on the button to download the new version and every time, in the end, been informed: "successful Installation".
However, even if the installation was 'successful' when I try to watch a video I get the same message asking to only upgrade to the new version. I should mention, however, that I can view videos stored in my own drive. But, I get the message 'upgrade' when you try to view a video of Facebook or on the web.
In an attempt to "solve problems", I did the following:
- I went to Control Panel/programs/uninstall programs and ODAbeing Flash Player 11 X Active appears in the list of programs.
- I also went to the configuration/programs/program Panel and installed updates / features view and it IS NOT to see at all.
This seems to be something very simple that I'm on, but I just keep overlooking it! Can you help me please?
Thank you!
PS: My OS is Windows 7

Impossible to install the latest version of Flash Player on Mac (OS 10.9.5)
Asked me to install the latest version of Flash Player on my Mac (OS 10.9.5). First of all, everything went as usual: I downloaded a disk image, called "AdobeFlashPlayer_22au_a_install.dmg", and when I click on that I get a "Adobe Flash Player Installer" on my desktop, as usual. When I click on this Setup, I see the "install Adobe Flash Player.app". So far so good, but when I click on that app install, the following window appears
but there is no other window open (I rebooted my Mac and begun the process to the course, and I get the same message).
When I click on 'Finish', I'm brought back to the Web page to download the Flash Player installer (which is already on my computer).
Can someone tell me what could go wrong here?
Thank you very much
Thomas
Hello
This window appears if you have multiple instances of the Flash Player installer open and a reboot would solve the issue, but since the restart has not resolved the issue may be that you don't have the correct update file. Could you open terminal and type md5 /Users//Downloads/AdobeFlashPlayer_22au_a_install.dmg and see if the value is 99e3ccf6bc343de051908066ea06248e.
If this isn't the case, then you do not have the good try Flash Player. Please download the get3.adobe.com/flashplayer.update/osx update file.
If the problem persists, please let us know.
Thank you!

Impossible to install the latest version of the username from adobe flash player &; password not accepted
Failed to install the latest version of Adobe flash player. My username and password are not accepted when trying to install. Someone has suggestions how overcome this apparently simple, but frustrating?
This is the password for the admin on your own machine, it has nothing to do with Adobe Flash Player, the Adobe ID or this site.
It's something that you have to solve yourself that Flash does not ask for your adobe ID install.
Best regards

Instructions to install the previous version don't work

Anyone know how to make this work? Only applications not installed that say 'Try' appear.

Install an earlier version of any creative cloud application
Need to install an earlier version of an Adobe Creative Cloud application? It is sometimes necessary to do this for several reasons. There could be a third-party hardware conflict, for example. Whatever your reason, this blog is intended to show you how to roll back to any creative cloud application that you have installed on your computer.
Updates: CC 2015
Here's how:- Click creative cloud icon, located in the taskbar (Windows) or the Apple one piece (Mac OS) menu, to open the Adobe Creative Cloud application. If it is not already selected, click the Apps tab at the top of the window.
- In the section find additional Apps, choose Previous Versions > view previous Versions.
- Highlight the application you want to download and click the button install. Select a version available for installation.
- Find the application you want in the list, click on the installation menu button and choose the application you want to return to the screen comes back.
- The old version of the application is now installed.
These instructions do not work for Lightroom. Follow these: How do I restore a previous version of Lightroom? The Lightroom Queen you want to 2015.5.1 instead of what it shows here, but it's a negligible difference.

Impossible to install the latest version of Flash Player for FF in my Vista system
Something really weird just happened. I found that Foxfire had disabled my Flash drive 19,
declaring that it was obsolete and dangerous.
I went to the Adobe site and downloaded the installation to the latest version, the name of the file
is flashplayer20_a_install.exe with a file size of 1,163 MB.
But when I double-click the file, nothing happens. I expect to have the popup with the
query to run the file, but I got nothing. I opened the Windows Task Manager and saw no.
registration in the tab "Applications" of the installation routine, which means that it does not work.
I thought that maybe the presence of FP19 could be a problem, so I uninstalled. Could still
do not run the installation of FP20. So I deleted the installer downloaded from another Web site.
and this program was called flashplayer20_ha_install.exe. Before running it, I restarted my
computer to reset everything. I double-clicked it and still nothing.
Rummaging in my downloads folder, I found an old Installer for public Service 16. I clicked on
on the subject and was able to install Flash Player 16. Moreover, the size of the file for this install program
has been 17.7 MB, which is 17 times larger than installers for FP20. With FP16 still
Currently, I again tried to install FP20 with futile results.
So that these courses install programs seem suspicious. Can anyone shed some light on what's going on?
If adobe uses installers of heel, which means that it is a small program that goes out and gets the program. The reason for this is the download page; This page contains an option McAfee Installer, this is the reason for which they use the heels in this way, it allows them to combine this extra bloatware.
There are a few options for you to do:
(1) perform a manual uninstall completely and re-install the kind of pain.
(2) a clean install, if things do not seem to work, even more pain.
(3) use a scripted uninstall, clean and re-install
To uninstall, you get the file to uninstall here:
http://download.Macromedia.com/Get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe
Right click and run as administrator
You must then two files 1 is for Internet Explore flash and one for your Firefox Flash Player
Right click and run as administrator
If these files do not run for some reason, try a reboot and run, if they don't work out even while you might have a problem with your system, Antivirus preventing you, or a piece of malware or viruses.
IF the manual installation does not try to go here: Adobe Flash update - version /BAT browse at SourceForge.net
Download the downloadFlash_XPandUP.cmd file. (you can right-click and change to display the content.) Basically, this file will be doing the uninstall and clean install of your versions of plash player for you. Again, do a right click and run as administrator.
Judging by the fact that you were able to install the older flash player; who is installing real reall not the heel seems to indicate something blocks the execution of the stub programs.
I hope that gives you some advice
Best regards
