  I tried for 2 weeks now update Adobe Muse (and now other Adobe programs as well) through the creative cloud application manager.   For Flash Player, please try using the installation programs offline posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page, in the section "problems".  There are three installers and you want the installers for different browsers you use.

  If this does not work, please provide the content of the \Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall.log file.  If you have a 64-bit OS, also provide the content of the \Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall.log file.  The files will most likely be enough big to post here and you can share them by following the instructions here the specified item is not found...

  For installation with the player issues, please post on the forum for Reader, Acrobat Reader.

  I installed Adobe Web and Design Premium CS6 on my Mac, with the Mavericks. When I open the Adobe Application Manager to update the applications (eg. Dreamweaver 12.0 to 12.03), Adobe Application Manager crashes. I tried to install as the Web, but it assumes that I am under CC.

  What gives?

  Please confirm the operating system, including the version and the browser you use.

  If you're on a Mac, go to Download Flash Player for use in Acrobat or Reader Mac OS to download the version of OS X, which is supported by Acrobat.

  What exactly happens when you try to install Flash Player? What error do you get?  Please post a screenshot of the error.
