Impossible to upgrade Adobe Document Cloud eSign (formerly Echosign) as a Global trial user

I recently tried to upgrade my trial account and said that there is no record of my account on the email that I connect to echosign with base. Me confirmed by the sales manager in the Office in Salt Lake City for Adobe without any resolution. I tried to upgrade online in the dashboard, but the link invites me to contact the sales department. I contacted the support to echosign, which prompted me to create a adobe ID and ask the question via live chat. I did this and still no resolution.

    Hello Daniel,.

    If you are talking about the library of templates to share with other users (in this case, your boss), then it is necessary of adding it to your account first and provided if you have business plan level. If you have an individual account, you can not share it with other users.

    The business plan level, you can go to the tab manage and scroll patterns library and click on modify. Then, in the preview page, click view properties and choose the option to share with the group or full account.

    Open Acrobat DC, navigate to the Edit-> Preferences-> languages-> application set to "English" language

    Click OK to confirm the changes.

    Relaunch the application.

  • Adobe Document Cloud (clear recent files)

    Regarding Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I can erase all recent files in my application mac & windows and even on my iPhone. However, when I click on the link to access the website of adobe document cloud, I can't find the option to clear my recent files. I am a new user, so if I simply don't see it please let me know.

    I like the cloud of the Document because it acts as a backup of all my paperworks and it gives easy access, as I have all the time on my phone, pc and mac. Thank you Adobe

    Recent tab in Acrobat/Reader applications on mobile devices & system view recently viewed files, so its as a shortcut for easy access. If you disable recent files that your actual files are not deleted.

    Where as recent files on the cloud of the document are files stored on the cloud of document. If you delete the file recorded on the document cloud will get deleted.

    Document cloud does not work in some locations of Acrobat Reader. So I used this method.

    On all, in Adobe Acrobat mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, etc.) and on Acrobat on Mac and PC, the sharing of files with the Document Adobe cloud is optional.

    For example, on my iPhone, I can click on a little icon of a device with a checkbox at the top of the screen, and there is an option to "turn Mobile Link Off.

    Even on Acrobat DC. Click home and at the bottom of the screen Mobile link has an on/off switch.

    It is highly recommended by Adobe to install software on the system, either 11 Pro from Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. Installation of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro will automatically remove the previous version.

    I can understand your concern & you need to worry about this, as the folders in your PC are not available on other PCs as this option is just to browse through files of the specific system you are working on as shown in the screenshot below.

    Only the files that have been uploaded to the cloud of Document will be available over the Internet using Adobe Document Cloud service during authentication of your Adobe ID & password.

    You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software.

    If you no longer need creative Cloud installed on one of your computers or you want to connect on a third computer, you can disconnect from creative cloud to release the license and then install and connect on the new computer.     App to fill & sign for iOS supports signing in with your Adobe ID, in which case you can access all of your forms in the Document cloud.

    The Android app is a little behind the iOS app and the ability to sign should be soon but I can't say when exactly, but this is the function to look out for...

  • Impossible to upgrade adobe: error 1325

    Original title: upgrades to Adobe etc.

    When you try to upgrade Adobe, I get an error 1325.

    I also get messages saying: "there is no disk in the drive, please insert a disk into drive\Device |" Harddisk2 | DR2 "when I open programs such as Windows Mail. I cancel it and then I can move on OK.

    Finally, all my favorites have disappeared from the Solution Explorer Favorites bar, Favorites and I can't add.
