Impossible to use the evaluation version of inDesign

I just signed up use the evaluation version of inDesign, with a new adobe id.  He tells me I'm maxed out on the subscription and to use another id.  This is a new id, I log in and it requires a serial number which I did not.  It tells me that I'm on 2 other computers but it's a new id, so I don't know why he thinks it.

I am so frustrated, I chatted x 2 with the customer service, one of told me he had no idea and come back later.  The other said, just buy the sub.  This really defeated the purpose of a trial, since I've never used inDesign and wanted to see if it would be easy to use. I'm also now afraid to pay a fee of 1 month to spend 3 days trying to connect.   I looked in the forums for help, used downloaded cleanser and uninstalled.  I was happy to play with the CS on the cloud, but I just frustrated. Sub 30 day comp wouldn't solve the problem, which, if it works I would undertake for the year, I suggested it to the cat CS and no response...

Help?

Tootuff2 from your description, it seems that the Adobe ID you enter is related to a subscription.  Please enter a different Adobe ID, who do not subscribe to, and you should then be able to use the test for 30 days.
