I have recently added phone to my service and got a new modem. The Tech said to use the Ethernet connection, but could not make it work. After several attempts, I contacted Dell and I was told that I needed a PCI card. It seems to be a few, and I'm not sure what I need. I might be better to stay just with the USB connection. Device Manager, said that the device was working properly. I have an icon in the system tray that say little or no connectivity.
