The problem was with revision 18 of the appcompatv7 library. Once that I have updated to revision 19 the question I had been corrected. This was a question that performs all versions of gingerbread of my application and not only the blackberry version. I had not noticed because I have not tested the application on a device of gingerbread in a few weeks and I had not received all feedback from users.
