In Premiere Pro, I have no shape tool when I add mosaic effect?

I want to make an oval mask to a video of my son playing basketball so it is easily visible for basketball video games.

I saw a video on the new follow-up with mosaic effect, but when I add this effect I do not get the shape tools... I don't see where it says it does not work with stabilizer Warp, but I never added to the video?

How can I disable the stabilizing chain, or where can I find my shape tools?

I use Windows 8

Current CC Pro first

Thank you very much for your help!

Oh my God Ronin... I'm sorry I wasted your time... I HATE Windows 8...

I thought I was opening my Premiere Pro update from today, but it was the oldest...

I scrolled all the way through and found the new Premiere PRO and tried the mosaic and it works great!

I'm sorry to bother you... I REALLY APPRECIATE your expertise and your patience!

Thank you, thank you, thank you... Happy Dancin' '!

    Hi Lynn,

This feature is not included with CS6. You must use the creative Cloud of Premiere Pro version to this function.

  • InDesign ceases to react when you add an effect to a shape

Does anyone has the same problem?

    -OS X 10.9.4

-Apple MacBook Pro Intel Core i5 2.53 GHz, 8 GB of RAM

    -inDesign CC 2014

    -file stored locally

-display performance are typical, normal screen mode, no preview overprinting

inDesign ceases to react when you add an effect to an image (image, shape,...).

No accidents, no spinning beachball, inDesign is not labeled as "not responding". It does not react anymore

When we do exactly the same thing with a connected Thunderbold Apple display we don't seem to have this problem.

    Someone an idea?

  • I have Premiere pro for cs6 and I am looking for a video effect that has like a blurred background rectangle and inside the rectangle is just normal video a little smaller that I posted a link to what I'm talking her within the first ten seconds of this

    https://www.Google.com/URL?SA=t & source = web & rct = j & ei = Can0VKmmOoSVNpyGhNAN & url = http://m.yout ube.com/watch%3Fv%3D3g_K8RyGUeI & ved = 0CB8QtwIwAQ & usg = AFQjCNFI0ivwTaEa02S1jVj6_z2DEt9t9w I just need the name of this video effect

Put your video clip on the video track 1. Put the SAME element above himself on the video 2 track. Select 2 video clip and go to the EFFECT controls panel and open MOTION. Scale to 50% or what sounds good to you. This creates the PIP or ' Picture in Picture '. Then select (click on) the V1 video and go to the EFFECTS tab and find the (type in the search window) Gaussian blur effect. Apply to the V1. Set "Fuzzy" to taste. The only thing missing at this point is the outline in white for the PIP. I don't think that there is an 'effect' to do this, I could be wrong. But you should be able to use the shape tools in the Titler to pretend quite easily. For example, just do a solid white box slightly larger than the picture. Move the clip V2 to V3 and put the title on V2, sandwiched between two video clips. As the box is larger that the video scaling, white edges would show behind clip PIP.

    Hope this helps you

  • Why do I get a symbol of Premiere Pro CS4 in the project folder, when I save a project CC?

When I save a project edited with first Pro CC in the project folder I get a symbol for Premiere Pro CS4 rather ot getting the CC symbol. I can't open the CC project by clicking on the symbol of CS4. Why?

I discovered myself that you can choose in the project folder if you want to save the project in CS4 or CC. Sorry I took your time with my problem.

  • Premiere Pro system Resouces not beign used when exporting

    Hi all

I've been editing this video and last night I started to make. However, it is far from quick reading. Estimated time remaining SOUL shows, it's 65 h!

However, this is not the worst. My CPU, RAM, disk and even GPU are not beign used. The use of the system measured during the export of this same clip is:

    • 15% OF THE CPU
    • -2 GB OF RAM
    • Images of 1 MB/S Hard Drive (out of maximum 50 MB/s)
    • GPU consult the tips @90 %, 40% on average.

    Features of the project:

    • Complete sequences almost 2 hours long.
    • Maximum of 2 layers.
    • RAW clip images: H264 1080 p DSLR Footage.
    • Red Giant Denoiser II (accelerated GPU) on 50% of the clips.
    • The included body curves RGB and STL on 50% of the clips.
    • Export to H264, 1080 p 30 fps, VBR 1 package, 15Mbps (18Mbps max) using Adobe Media Encoder (body 'Export' option isn't even run).

    System Specs:

    • AMD FX-8350 (x 8) 4.5 GHz
    • 16 GB of Ram DDR3 1866 MHz
    • NVIDIA Geforce GTX650 (2 GB of GDDR5 memory)
    • Windows 8 x 64 OS.
    • Cache, OS and Suite CS6 Adobe drive: Samsung 840 PRO 128 GB (500 MB/S R, W 480 MB/S)
    • Images & export Drive: Seagate 1 TB (don't know the exact model)

I know that my graphics card is not the best for this task, but this isn't even beign used... My first thought is that there is a bottleneck HHD, because he is not fast at all, but my use of measurement system I found is not the sweet string this time. What I am doing wrong?

    BTW, I use CS6.

    Thanks in advance,

    Gonzalo Ruiz.

MAC Adobe (digital video applications) are heavy throughout the chain of material resources, and bottleneck stifles all this at the speed of the slowest part.

People usually gauge how they think that their system should respond based on the processor, RAM and GPU. Those who have all their place... but they only works on things that can get through the process in/out of the storage media, that means your discs.

What we want to see is that you have only two disks, one for OS/programs/cache and another for both circles AND exports... which is 95% full. At this time, the RAM/CPU/GPU are almost irrelevant.

The program uses several types of main file. This first group is heavy with simultaneous reading AND writing files, and the best recommendation is to put each on separate if possible disks, using two internal connections or with eSATA or Thunderbolt connections for external drives. USB3.0 is NOT enough speed for reading/writing to these files. The other recommendation is to put the points 2-4 on 4 or 5 disc based on hardware RAID 0 or 5 table.

    (1) program file & library program (normally on the C drive or the system tools;

    (2) current work cache; database;

    (3) project files for each project;

    (4) samples;

    Now one-way operations...

    (5) media;

    (6) exports.

The last two can be connected via USB3.0 necessary, especially when the other options aren't there. Note, however... to avoid the bottlenecks at export, have them on SEPARATE drives/devices gives a huge advantage. There is even a high-speed flashdrives USB3... as the unit of PNY 128 Gb I've got, that can work for both media or export, for about $40.

If everything you changed was to load your media on a flash drive that I had used a second for exports, and got this second hard disk up to 50% of free drive, this project will literally several times faster.

  • How to make a 3D shape tool to make the attached effect? Help, please!

Edys-shakes-coupon-e1311029488365.pngThis is one of my favorite ads for a few years and have found a similar use for style. The text which says delicious according to me is done with a brush but whenever I try to create the effect seems flat. The red lines remain on top and do not wind it suggesting the straw to be 3D. Another problem I did the shadows on the straw to look as realistic. I have a good amount of knowledge in illustrator, so I understand most of the parts of the program very well.

No info to make the straw effect will help. What I can say so far is each letter in fact individullay and I believe they used the Brush tool.

I have the new version of Illustrator CC on a mac. I also own a Tablet if it will help recreate the text.

As mentioned, I don't have a brush "3D" (THAT would be cool!). This is a facsimile of the illustration of the effect using mixtures, opacity masks and clipping masks:

    I realize there is no red stripes '1' '2 '. I'm lazy.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2015 export: unknown error when using many large jpegs

    Hello

This is something that I remember reading about in older versions of first, but in the 2015 version, this always seems to happen. It is therefore more than a report bug to a question, because I have a workaround for it. If this isn't the right place to present this kind of info, please let me know.

Scenario: I create a video project and import a large number of large JPEG images taken by a digital camera (12-20 Megapixel, 50 + photos).

To help each other in the sequence and then try to export the video as file causes an unknown error during export times randomly, sometimes at the beginning, sometimes in the Middle, no mater which exit do format, bitrate, settings, etc.

How I solved the problem: I resized pictures on about 4 million pixels - and viola - everything travels very well.

I also noticed, that when the project contains only a few large images, it can work also still very good export, but if there are more than a few, the error starts occurring.

Don't know which version of CC 2015 I used, I can check later.

I hope this feedback is helpful for you guys

Edit: the machined used is a quad core Xeon, 16 GB of RAM, nVidia GTX750, SSD + 2x1To Raid0

It was never recommended to use ginormous stills in first. A batch resize in Photoshop or IrFanView for instance would take a few seconds and certainly ease the burden on your software and your hardware.

    Thank you

  • Exposure in Premiere Pro

I used a Sony HDR-SR8E camera model to record AVCHD Sunrise and fog collection after the sunset over a river. This highlights the capabilities of the camera about the show so that it is very dark to the eye. I was hoping that Premiere Pro would have a tool that can amplify the recorded signals that make up the video. Thank you.

I agree with the other posters. In very general terms, I usually look at the levels (not automatic), then Highlight & Shadow (disabling the Auto). After those, I expect the fast color corrector or the three way color corrector. Note: the order will issue, so don't have not not afraid to spend these effects everywhere. Also, don't be afraid to go back and change the previous effects, after adding others.

    Good luck

  • Audio and video Shifted only in Premiere Pro

    Hello guys,.

I'm having a problem with premiere pro with sync audio and video, which are stored in files separated by means of bandicam.

    These files are saved as:

    VIDEO:

AVI Motion JPEG to the 720 p 30 fps

    AUDIO:

    Stereo PCM 48 kHz

When I open the video file, via a media player like the one used by default on windows, I have no problem, but when I add these files in the timeline of a sequence in first pro, I notice that after some time (+-2 minutes), audio and video are starting to change and I don't really know why.

In Premiere Pro, I tried the sequence with the video and tried settings with HDV 720p30. In both cases I had the same output two files moved after awhile.

Someone knows how can I fix this?

    Kind regards

    FC.

Is bandicam media variable or fixed rate? If you don't know, drag & drop a file on the MediaInfo program mentioned here, go to TreeView and see if it's the VFR or CFR. PrPro do not play perfectly with the media of VFR. Which many screenshot recorders produce.

  • New MacBook Pro GPU compatible for playback in Premiere Pro CS6 Mercury engine?

I am considering buying a new MacBook Pro (15 in., processor 2.8 GHz quad-core Intel Core i7, 16 MB of RAM) to mainly video edditing with Premiere Pro, I have the CS6 vertion. I wonder if its Mercury playback engine support GPU?

The laptop I think uses this two graphics cards:

    • Intel Pro Iris graphics card
    • AMD Radeon R9 M370X with 2 GB of GDDR5 memory

In the list of system requirements for first Pro CS 6; Premiere Pro system requirements for Mac OS and Windows is said "AMD over-pants" recommended for Mac and AMD Radeon GPU Acceleration (as the Mac comes with) is listed under Windows. This makes me wonder if the new Mac support the maximum speed for the Mercury playback engine?

In any case, I would appreciate your views as oppon whitch GPU card you guys recommend for a MacBook Pro work best with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6?

    Hello

Only these cards are supported for CS6

    • AMD Radeon HD 6750 M (only on some MacBook Pro computers running Mac OS X Lion (10.7.x) with a minimum of 1 GB of VRAM)
    • AMD Radeon HD 6770 M (only on some MacBook Pro computers running Mac OS X Lion (10.7.x) with a minimum of 1 GB of VRAM)

  • Question about importing video footage in Premiere Pro

I'm new to Premiere Pro and have a question about it. I need to move all my videos on my new computer (Windows) from my old computer (iMac running iMovie). Where should I store my images so I can access inside Premiere Pro? I just need to store everything on a hard drive, and then create inside Premiere Pro projects when I need to import images in, or should I create a 'library' to store all my movies in? Setup bridge would be another beneficial way to view my videos (I use Lightroom for my photo library)? I'm just trying to discern the way I need to store and organize everything in order to get started with Premiere Pro. Thank you!

Premiere Pro has no capability of database for the media in general, only in a specific project. 'Import' is not like in Lightroom, it does in PrPro is tell her where to look for the media while working on this specific project.

So... you need create your materials on a particular disc, presented in a way that you can find them in a folder structure you design.

A typical use of PrPro spreads parts on several disks. OS/programs on the system drive, a disk each cache PrPro & cache of database files; preview files; and project files. Media probably on another drive and exports on a final drive.

Access the disk cache & cache database files, preview files and project files are the two ways of reading & writing, in addition to being constant. Multimedia files are used unalterable and exports only Scripture, their connections can be a little less robust.
