  So every time I have hover over a link or anything, or when I am on tumblr rebloging something, or even just when the page loads, this black bar appears and it's quite distracting. So, if anyone knows how to solve this problem that would be greatly appreciated!

  • As, during the loading of the page it says something along the lines of 'wait for...', usually one of the extensions that I have. When I hover over a link, as if I tried something, it appears showing the url, or when I am on tumblr and I click/hover over something it shows the url. If I fly over the bar is moving on the right side of the screen, and it won't go away unless I click on another tab and back, but he's back as soon as I fly over any type of connection.

  2. Have you tried to create a new Microsoft Account?

  I suggest to move the Microsoft Account to the Local user account. Then switch back to Microsoft Account and provide the address (URL) you were using previously.

  Here are the steps to switch from a Microsoft account to a local account:

  Once you switch to a local account, then again move Microsoft Account using the old email address.

  Looks like the problem is solved! I was appalled when I saw how many emails I had stored and deleted a large number of them. Then after restarting the computer, everything seems to be back to normal! Praise be to God! Too, Firefox seems to be back to normal after that I did a cleaning.
