  The meaning of v$ session.status = 'ACTIVE' is given in the docs. You could take this too far from counting "concurrent users". But some people would define "concurrent users" as logged on the database sessions. Others would say that connection pooling techniques must be taken into account. It's up to you: make your own definition and don't forget that other people understand what you mean by the term every time you use it.

  Depends on. Did you select immediately remove or secure erase option. The latter could easily take hours to days depending on the size of the user's Home folder. Of course, still a base deletion can take some time for a large number of files. Be patient. If ever completed, and then try to shut down the computer and restart. Then do an Empty Trash by CTRL - or RIGHT click on the Recycle Bin and selecting this option.

  When this happens, my desktop is completely re-arranged and different icons for example the Panel do not present.  However, other days on top of start-up office appears as I put in place and the icons are grouped as I would like.

  I take care to close all running programs before using the icon stop to turn off the PC and wait until it has stopped running so I switch off the freezer.

  Creative cloud for education device licenses allow a specific machine instead of a user name or with a serial number of software license. Users should never connect or enter a serial number for the software. Licenses are tied to pools of machine deployment, that are created automatically when you order products. Users can connect account web creative cloud with their identity documents for access to their files and storage.
