  Went on the Chat with Adobe and they solved the problem via remote access.

  First on erase my personalized workspaces closed first pro. Then went to my "documents" (I have a mac) 'Adobe' and then click 'Premiere Pro' and moved three files named "6.0" "9.0" and "10.0" in a new folder, that they named "Od." Finally they opened back first. When the box came to put everything in place, they went up to the top of the window and deselected "import the project workspace" under "workspaces". I have opened a project and it fixed the problem. I had to make a new workspace and change some shortcuts custom back, but other that that, it was back to normal.

Sortly after that, the computer crashed while conducting. It was a memory dump while conducting. Then restarted. And nothing has changed. Still crashed. Unfortunately, I do not have a restore disc. And I can't restore it, which I've tried to do. And the computer crashed the second time by. Now, I am forced to use the "RECOVERY" Partition that comes with the computer.   (1) I cannot print the PDF in PDF format as the tutorial wants me, I can record only. Why, he wants me to print to PDF is beyond me.

  After hours of reading and checking to make sure I had good things enabled, I did, I gave up and uninstalled the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, they gave me and re-installed and later I had my friend get on Messenger and we tried games and it worked this time.
  For some strange reason when I updated it took me 3 tries before it took. So even if he told me that it has been installed, apparently it wasn't really. Just goes to show you that you can not trust what you see.
  What has really scratching my head was I went to Internet Explorer 8, which I never use more and discovered you can now get Mozilla plug in slip out there and when I did showed that same Adobe Flash Player is outdated but it was to a different version. So I guess you can have 1 version installed on the computer 1 despite 2 browsers different different versions. It becomes too complicated for me. Laughing out loud!
