InCopy CC (2015) crash at startup - Mac El Capitan

HI - tried to start my CC of InCopy (2015) on my El Capitan and there it hangs at startup.

Tried the following:

  • Uninstall and reinstall and crashed the same day
  • Disabled my user fonts - tried but always fail

Help, please? All other products Adobe CC works perfectly including InDesign CC, but it fails somehow. Here is the fault code: InCopy - Pastebin.com

Thank you very much!

My (CC 2015) InDesign will not start-up and comes up with a window saying 'a problem caused blocking the program works correctly' and I can only close the program. I thought upgrading to the latest version would fix it but I'm still having the problem, I have disconnected and reconnected to the creative cloud, rebooted my laptop, clered preferences, uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign and the problem still persists. I used it a few days ago and had no problems, I have 10 Windows and uses a student account (do not know which affects something) I'm not the most computer person warned. Can someone please help me?

After update today with CC 2015, I get the above message whenever I try to launch Photoshop.  I tried a number of suggestions, but nothing seems to work.  I also called support and they told me they would call me back within 30 minutes.  That's more than an hour there.  I just tried to call back, and no one answered.  The website says they are open until 19: 00 PST, which is still an hour away.  Support sorry and an unresolved issue.  It seems that Adobe is looking for ways to make their customers to leave.

Anyway, does anyone have a solution to this problem of Photoshop?

  • InDesign crashes at startup (Mac OS 10.7.2)

Hello all and thanks in advance for your support.

I spear have InDesign CS5 on a 27 "iMac running Mac OS Lion 10.7.2, and as I have done some maintenance with MainMenu Pro tasks, InDesign crashes at startup.

Here is the report of accident

I have the Italian version. It keeps crashing on the 'Running dei servizi di d' part, which I think could be something like "Boot Services" - this is the script immediately after the 'Windows '.

After a search for every problem of crash in the forums, I tried:

-CS5 uninstalling/reinstalling with the cleaning of Adobe tool

    -Remove preferences in ~/Library/Preferences

    -Remove preferences in ~/Library/Application Support/InDesign

    Rename/move the folder SING

Of course, none of them worked.

What can I do, other than to cry like a baby? I really need help with this, I'm a graphic designer good blood!

Yes, Eugene is correct, it is plugin self-activation of Extensis Suitcase Fusion. You will find that it is easier to remove the plugin self-activation (ExtensisFontManagementIDCS5) in the InDesign Plugins folder; many seem to have trouble finding ways to do this in the user interface.

I lost track of whether there is a fix to Extensis for this, or if return to a another version works, etc. Do a search, it came frequently; also contact Extensis, which has free support.

  • Photoshop cc 2015 crashes at startup

I've updated my Photoshop and LR this morning, LR is fine but PS crashes at startup, saying: "the last time that you opened Photoshop CC, he unexpectedly while the reopening of windows." You want to try to reopen his windows again? "I already searched the forums and tried a few suggestions (deleting the file temp in the AutoRecover file, signature of cloud creative) but now a total loss. Running a MacBook of retina of 2013.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I did a little investigation on myself, because Adobe is not really coming to the part concerning the fixing of this.

So in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS is a file called librarylookupfile

This is the file which seems to be responsible for my fall at least (and looking at the dump data, everyone is having the same problem). When you rename this file (or just delete) solves the problem for me.

I don't know what is the meaning of this file, it just seems to contain a reference to the fonts I used. I'm also not sure if it's really damaged or if there is a problem with the latest version of Photoshop when loading a valid version of this file.

Whatever it is, try to rename that and see if it works for you.

    Thank you.

  • Audition CC 2015 crashes at startup (win 10 64-bit)

Since I've upgraded to Windows 10 I can't run Audition CC 2015 (although it's been a while since I ran hearing so I'm not quite sure it was at the beginning of the question).  As soon as I start the application it is inadmissible, then displays the error "Adobe Audition CC 2015.1 has stopped working."

I tried to use compatibility mode, run as administrator, logging in as a different user, delete the % APPDATA%\Adobe\Audtion, reinstalled the application, reinstalled all creative Cloud applications, run AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe and updated drivers audio - all without success.

Finally, I found out now button SHIFT DOWN when starting the application to work around the settings and it worked - I can enter the application and move.  Then, I tell myself that it is a matter of preference, so I try to go to the preferences, but whenever I do that, I get the error "hearing has encountered a fatal error and needs to stop.  Cannot find the directory of shared documents. "I tried looking online for help with this error in regarding the hearing or any Adobe applications for this and have drawn a blank.

I guess it's to talk about the user's documents directory, but if that's the case I don't know what the problem is because Windows and other programs are OK.  All other applications CC are working well - it's just hearing that is having a problem.  Please find below the hearing journal file.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hey guys,.

We are sorry to hear that this is happening. We met a few cases where fonts caused problems with the new "Adobe Graphics Manager" before the release, but we thought we had it all.

The workaround is to turn off AGM - but since you are unable to launch the application to do so, we need to do some file exchange.

For anyone having this problem, please send an email to me directly at [email protected] with your crash log and I'll send you the steps.

I'll make sure that this incident information are subject to our developers for investigation.

Sorry about the problem with this.

    Thank you

    -Ron
