increase the size and resolution (adobe draw android)

Hello!

I wonder if it is possible to increase the resolution of the drawings to the draw adobe illustrator for Android? I'm new to the whole (vector drawings and all that) thing, so I'm really lost... I would really appreciate the help! It would be fantastic print in A4 format drawings. :-) :-)

You set the size in the new Document window. After that, if you want to change the size, you have the right to use the work plan tool (Shift-O).

I have a jpg image which is about five inches square to 500 dpi. I would like to enlarge the image as far as possible keep the resolution suitable for printing at 300 dpi.

I've linked the resolution setting, but the image is reduced in size. Do I need to enlarge the image first? I'm not sure how much. Or y at - it a button that will do it for me? Thank you.

When you choose Image > size of the Image, if it indicates the width and height 5 inches and 500 pixels/inch resolution, when you uncheck resampling and resolution, type 300, that will increase the size in inches 8,333 each side that is the maximum size you can get with 300ppi without using interpolation (changing the number of pixels shown in the section of the Dimension in pixels of the window the size of the Image).

You can increase the size by using the interpolation, which is what happens when resample is checked. To increase the size, you can choose Bicubic Smoother (best for enlargements) in the menu at the bottom of the window to the size of the Image. But what will be the outcome depends on the distance of visualization of the printed image, your standards of enlargement, and the details on the image itself - for example, if it is an image of a foggy environment, the size can be increased much more without noticeable loss of details as opposed to an image with strong contrast details.

  • Trying to increase the size and a printing of tiles.

    Hello

I have a file with the work plan in 8 "high by 36" wide. It's 1/10th the final size (its going to be a huge mural where 1 "= 1'). In any case, to get an idea of what the text will look like when printed full size, I've been printing out parts of the file to be 1000% increased scale and tile and glue the papers together. It worked perfectly until I saved the file in PDF format (to the size of the artboard of 8 "x 36"). Now, when I load my file HAVE original and try to scale, of tiles and print... I can't. The TILE option is completely grayed out, unselectable.

Someone knows why this happens? I closed and reloaded IT and I'm working on a Mac.

    Thank you

    Chris

You are on CS4 and your document has several plans work? If that's the case then select ignore the work plans of the print dialog box

  • How can I increase the size of the font of the text in the WORLD WITHOUT changing the DPI or RESOLUTION?

This question was asked a thousand times.  I searched for hours and can't find a correct answer.

I want to increase the font size in all of windows.  The default 9pt is TOO SMALL TO READ at least THAT YOUR FACE IS<12" from="" the="">

For example, the clock in the lower-right. Or, the dialog boxes when you hover over something like the button start, or help him at question mark, etc.

Another perfect example: right-click the taskbar, open the taskbar and Start Menu Properties window.  I can not READ anything IN the BOX of THIS exception to its title, which I have increased in the Adv. App. Settings.

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION TO INCREASE THE SIZE OF POLICE FROM 9 TO 11 OR 12?  ANYONE? BUELLER?

I found a thousand INACCURATE responses.  Please do not repeat them here.

    1. I didn't WANT to INCREASE DPI.  If it was a solution, would not prompt warning about things arise.
    2. I didn't WANT TO CHANGE MY RESOLUTION.  There is nothing wrong with something else in the image on the monitor except Windows chose 9pt as their default font size.  That the LETTERS are too small; nothing else needs increased.
    3. I was for of APPEARANCE ADVANCES SETTINGS under personalization and change what you can change, which limits itself to the Menu, title bars, ToolTip and a few others.  THIS IS NOT ENOUGH.
    4. I tried the regedit merger to change the font from Segoe, Verdana, but it's still at 9pt, so it is still TOO SMALL.

Thanks in advance for any helpful information.

  • Export in Lightroom and the size of resolution

    Hi all

I have a recent Bridge/Photoshop convert Lightroom/Photoshop. I want to start using Lightroom to resize my images instead of Photoshop. But, if I really crop an image and export to 1440 x 960 (at 150 PPI), I run the risk of resizing the image, I don't want to. I understand that there is the "don't resize" button in Lightroom.

My question: what is ignored if Lightroom needs to increase the size of the picture based on my entries and that "do not resize" is checked?

Here is my old workflow in Photoshop (customer wants these dimensions)

    RAW: 5184 x 3456 at 300PPI

Resize to 150 DPI (which becomes dimensions 2592 x 1728)

    Resize to 1440 x 960 to 150 DPI

    Save in sRGB JPG

But, sometimes, if I really crop an image I can't get 1440 x 960 at 150 DPI and must keep the PPI to 300.

    ....

If I export an image really cropped in Lightroom to 1440 x 960-150 DPI (not resizes not verified) and it cannot meet the dimensions to this resolution that get is ignored?

The customer wants what dimensions? If it is for the use of the layout or print a specific dpi AND size in inches must be specified. I suggest to ask the customer to provide both of these numbers.

In your example above, here is what you have:

2592 x 1728 @150 ppi = 17,28 in. x 11.52 in. Until the client tries to do? Makes no sense!

If you specifically want an image which is 1440 x 960 @ 150 dpi, and then use the suggestion provided by 99jon.

"Simply export from the original raw file and choose 1440 long edge & 150 ppp."

About cultures that causes the image is expanded you will know immediately if the Cropped Dimensions as shown in the LR library module are less than 1440 x 960. Use the 'I' key to switch the Loupe selection of information if you do not see the cropped size.

  • Change the size of resolution and the Document

Hello - I have a jpeg file from a digital camera that I saved as photo.psd with a size of original Document of 44 "x 66" @ 72 DPI of resolution.

I use CS3, and I want to prepare the image for printing while maintaining the best possible quality. The first thing I've done was uncheck resampling. Then I changed the resolution to 300. This gave me a 10,56 15.84 x Document size.

I want to increase the size of the Document to be 16 "x 24" (the same proportions). So it seems to me that the next step must now verify the resampling and put in my new 16 "x 24" Document format. I would apply then a few unsharp mask as desired.

So, is it Ifollow steps above or do you recommend a different workflow?

I read that Photoshop will be n very well up to 200% and all I need is 166%, so it should work ok. Also, do you recommend standard bicubic and bicubic smoother?

    TIA

What you are suggesting will work, even if you don't really need to do it in several steps.  A single step, with resampling check, once you set all the fields you want, will do the trick.

And for all the hype and mystery surrounding the two alternative choices for resampling, in all my works for minor resampling I always find that I prefer the original Photoshop bicubic method.  To increase the extreme resolution personally, I prefer only a plug-in called Genuine Fractals.

Also, modern print drivers become very good at matching size...  If the quality of the image in your file is to your liking, you COULD just set the size in inches (without resampling) printing and do with it.  This would give an image to less than 300 pixels/inch resolution, but you would save some work, and it may well be that you will not be able to see a difference in leaving the pilot to make the resampling as needed.

  • Printing win 7 guest, the printer queue maintains a loop and increases the size of the file

    Hi all

That are running Windows 7 enterprise and on another professional machine, same results:

I share a "laser" on the USB printer, the printer works very well under windows prgms...  (all as administrator)

    Open CMD window:

"net use LPT2: \\hp1\laser / persistent: Yes" command complete and looks good in "Net view \\hp1".

Now, I open the print queue window and try printing a text file:

"print test.txt > lpt2" command appears to complete.  (Same results for copy, etc.)

I now see the file appear in the print queue, flashing, saying: rolling/printing, repeating & loop, and each Flash increases the size of the file!

I tried to change the Port LPT1 and 3

Nothing prints, because I have to stop the spooler, delete the file, start the spooler to clear.

What happens on two different machines, I'm totally stuck!

    Help appreciated!
